on august 23 an item was incorrectly added to their website Dan the owner had informed that he mistakenly listed the item incorrectly. I said that it was okay and that i would purchase another item because I had grabbed exact change (plus a few extra for tipping) he insinuated that it would be okay and would "making an exception" because it was a genuine mistake on their on end. so I was under the assumption that the owner dan fixed the pricing or something for that item. Last night as I was going to buy again and I wanted to use my point which I have accumulated because I had only been buying during their 9-11am sale time and dan is very very sensitive about you trying to use your points while they already have a sale going even though it is not implied anywhere on the website that you can not do so. As i approached the register I asked the clerk if he could check my points and my points were at 122! I WAS FURIOUS! the clerk asked if i would like to see the history of my points to see where they had gone! i said yes please. HE SHOWED ME THAT THE OWNER DAN USED MY POINTS! 35 dollars worth to rectify his mistake! when i say i am pisseed!!!! that man robbed me of using my points! that is the luxury of having points being able to accumulate them and then use them as needed. once again if the owner Dan asked me if i wanted to use my points i would have said no! and just gotten the flower that was in the price range of what i had. That was super sneaky so it is safe to say that i will not be returning...

The older man behind the counter with the glasses was extremely rude, abusive, and uncooperative during our visit to the point we left without buying anything because of how bad an experience it was. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are several other better dispensaries in the area.

Edit: I did have a valid ID, which I showed the mentioned man and he approved after staring at it for over 3 minutes and proceeded to show me product. Yes this is my first review because I never have had such a bad experience as to leave a review. If you look at my account you will see it has existed for years so i dont know where you are getting the fake account claims from. And the reason you dont have a customer under this name is because I never bought anything because of how the man at the door treated me. Why would i want to support a business that treats their customers like that? The man at the door is not a rockstar and I would advise all potential customers to avoid this place because of that man. Such a great place, between the staff and the selection …def met all my needs, I was able with the staffs help and knowledge (such kind people), I was able to get the most suitable edible for my loved one in their time of need, as well it was my gf birthday, so I was able to hook her up with a new glass piece and some flower, and a got her and I some pre-rolled for the concert next week!
