From the moment you walk in Joanna and Greg greet you and treat you like family. I walked in knowing roughly what I wanted ring wise. Joanna spent what had to be atleast two hours working with me to bring it to life. I could not have been happier with the work that Greg and Joanna put into making it. When I finally proposed to my girlfriend, they resized the ring in under 2 hours. You can't get that kind of turn around anywhere else if I ever do more jewelry shopping, I will absolutely be coming back here.

I rarely write reviews however I also rarely find businesses who HAPPILY go above and beyond for even just a potential customer - therefore the team at Duffys Jewelers deserves some definite recognition. I'm sure you can find quality jewelry at many other local/chain jewelry store but I am willing to bet you will NOT find a place with more quality people. I could continue to rave about how helpful and KIND they are but that still wouldn't do them justice.. stop by and see for yourself! :)...

I went to have some links removed on a watch band. While attempting this, a ceramic link was damaged. Greg called me to let me know When I sent to pick up the watch, Greg had information regarding the watch, and although I couldn't see the damage, but Greg insisted it was there I have a warranty, so I'll see if that works. If not Greg says he'll replace the watch. Great service! Oh and I bought a beautiful necklace from his lovely wife Joanna. I will certainly continue to do business...
