Finally, I travelled from Toronto to visit this place. The mural was huge and made me think nostalgic. I was planning for a while since it was up there. Every office fan should go there. The mural was painted in a parking space so it's filled with cars. Not that annoying! In addition to this, they have a self-guided walking tour of the show's famous spots like Poor Richards, Scranton City electric sign, Alfredo's Pizza etc..
Parking at the mural was free and most of Scranton has plenty of area for parking. I went on Sat. It's paid on weekdays. Use the Pango parking app to find out more...

The mural is very well painted, capturing the characters of the series perfectly. Although the parking is private, I asked the parking attendant if I could park temporarily for a photo, and he was very accommodating.

A nice tribute to the show.... but it's pretty much RUINED by whatever business, I think it's the bank, pays this parking lot "attendant" to harass and chase everyone away who comes to look at this beautiful mural. You have to slowly drive around it and look at it from your car because parking is a privilege for employees and customers ONLY. Why paint a mural here and then forbid everyone from parking to look at it and snap a quick picture?!...
