The UPS Store — Attraction in Seal Beach

There should be a zero rating for these people who work at this place. How many awful reviews can you have? The stated “owners”tried to charge me to pay for boxes for Amazon returns when Amazon prepays for shipping for any amount of boxes. The African-American kid got the “owner”, didn’t even scan my code. He yelled I would have to pay for the boxes. There was also a shady lady working there. Most likely the wife, also of same nationality, as rude as can be yelling and screaming. She started yelling at me that she’ll call the cops. Lol! I did first but when he arrived, she left. Never to be seen…

Amazon corporate stated these people at this UPS are trying to rip us off. They prepay everything! They need to get rid of these people! All the reviews before me are correct. They have no right to be a business owner. The idiot threw plastic bags at me before and told me to place my Amazon items in it in the past, threw! I vowed never to go there but I was busy today. NEVER GO THERE!

I will continue to find out why that lady disappeared when the cop came. She literally ran out of the store when the cop arrived. He was a great cop 👮! Go BLUE! Literally go ANYWHERE else on planet Earth except here for services. Since it is a franchise, you will be paying higher prices than normal and dealing with the incredibly RUDE Mr. Patel. Save your business and take it elsewhere. My package was sent there as an access point and he charged me for "storing the package at the facility" even though it arrived the same day I picked it up. And he even put a label on it that said, "DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER" I stood in line for 10 minutes as he proceeded to be rude to every single person in line ahead of me. Should have just heeded the reviews of this place and the treatment of others ahead of me. Do not come to this store.

Don't waste your time coming to this store or contacting them for any help of any sort. They are not willing to help anyone but themselves by taking advantage of patrons. STAY AWAY!!! I just wanted to drop off 2 Amazon returns at this location. Usually Amazon asks to not package the items and just bring them to the store. I brought the original boxes and bubble wrap with me to not waste packaging. Well, the woman working at the store REFUSED to accept one return because it wasn’t packaged! All that was needed was a 12” strip of clear tape to seal the box. But she didn’t do it. Instead she asked if I wanted to buy a roll of clear tape! Then she offered (as a courtesy she said) to do it for $3 or I would have to take it back home. I was speechless! I don’t care about the $3 BUT I have never heard of anything like this before!!! This was my second time at this location and the first visit wasn’t much better. The owners were rude and need to take classes in customer service! MAYBE I didn’t look like much in my sweat pants and baseball cap (was my day off). But little do they know that they just lost a customer that brings in a lot of $$$ due to the work I do. But will NEVER set foot in this place again. And needless to say, I will also file a complaint...
