BUT WAIT THE STORE HAD 100S OF OPTIONS , she points in all directions and said Yah sure go right ahead . I waited too throw up. A re these kids stupid. Is this some sort of circus.

I tell her I came for NARS she says we don't carry NARS. , OH . UM OK WELL I SUPPOSE I'LL LOOK AROUND .

Outside the door less than 40ft is a SOPHORA. IM THINKING THAT'S WHERE U SHOULDN'T BE so I go And they have professional sales people who will not jump down your throat. Best part is I spent over $1000 and walked out beautiful and everything I wanted but didn't even know about.

Good luck to Ulta who made want to take a page from a more prominent place to shop...

My sister and I came here. She had booked appointments for herself and I for the same time to get our hair curled for an event we were going to. We had A lot to do before hand so we needed to get our fast. My sister appointment was there but not mine. They then it's to fix it by booking me after my sisterI. I didn't mind too much since it could have been a computer error. Thankfully someone was a no show and they were able to take me a little sooner. I had just washed my hair in the morning and let it air dry and by the time I got there it was pretty much dry but very very slightly damp. All I wanted was my hair curled too but instead of asking me the lady pulled out her hair dryer for a "blow out" which only lasted maybe 10minutes before it shorted. She went on to curl my hair. 2 or 3 irons shorted while doing my hair. I came in thinking I would only pay around $25 with tip. Normally the curl would be $21 but because she didn't ask and did a "blow out" it was an extra $18, so instead of $21 it was $39 plus $5 tip. I don't make much money and was blindsided by the outrageous exta price. Halfway through my event the curls were almost completely fallen. I was so unhappy not only for the unexpected extra charge but that my hair didn't even last the night. A terrible experience and not sure I would come again for any salon appointment especially if I'm going to get charged for a service I never...

I am giving this 5 stars even though there were some things I didn't like. I'm doing this because I don't want this to be something bad or it's to say Ulta salon isn't good. It is. I will for sure go back. There just were some things I wasn't happy about. Mainly the color and cut of my hair. I had a full color and cut from Isabel yesterday. She is great. Did a great job. She's a little messy, there was dye flying everywhere. But that's no big deal. I'm messy so I can relate. I just wanted my hair more purple than red. I like it i was just thinking more purple than red. I think the problem was with me. I don't know much about the hair industry so it's hard for me to convey what it is I want. I can show pics and I did. I just can't relay what my head is seeing or thinking. I've gone to 3 different stylists and for some reason no one can do a bob correctly. I don't know what's happening. That's what I wanted was a Bob cut that's long in the front. I didn't get that. The back is too long and it doesn't curl under like I wanted. It doesn't look bad just not what I visioned.
