It's a good park for a jog and a few photo opportunities with the gazebo, bushy greenery areas and the small bridge it has connecting to the next park area. For picnics, there are a fair amount of bees currently and some may be uncomfortable later at night there. After 7 or so.

Nice to walk or ride bikes.. other than that I don't recommend it's always trashed or homeless camps are slowly building up again which is safety problem if you have kids or pets please be careful.

Beautiful art and open space to run around with your pup. It isn’t off-leash, but… 😅 Great spot to relax, listen to cars, watch the city, and sit in the sun. Not much shade, but manageable.

Daejeon Park in Seattle offers a serene escape from the urban bustle, boasting lush greenery and tranquil pathways. Nestled in the heart of the city, it provides a peaceful retreat for nature lovers and families alike. With its well-maintained facilities and scenic views, it's a delightful spot for picnics, leisurely strolls, or simply unwinding amidst...

I used to live right next to this park. It was such a nice gift from the city to have a green space so close, as well as a gift from our Korean sister city to donate the cool gazebo.

If youre a runner this park works as a sort of lap pool, back and forth the long strip.

The park is well kept, the trees, the grass, and the bushes are all...

I like how Seattle has a park for every sister city. This one dedicated to Daejeon has a small Korean pavilion in the middle of a green open space. The park is along the I-90 trail so there is some jogging/cycling traffic besides locals taking a walk around. There are unfortunately some homeless tents in the park along the edge above...
