Really wanted to like this place as its near my office. Nice aesthetic inside, but the prices were a little high and I wish they used real mugs instead of paper cups. Biggest issue was that the service wasn't great. Felt like I was irritating the girl when I asked a question about the menu, and did not feel comfortable hanging around in the back space as I had been made to feel slightly unwelcomed. Read moreI love this place because of the owner. She is the sweetest and really seems to care about her customers. You can find her in their on any given day mixing coffee or baking a strata. On first glance it seems really small. However, the backroom is quite spacious and usually has available seating. They close at 2 pm during the week which is a bit early. And, they will often be closed on the weekend with a sign in the window to inform. There is also no phone number to call to find out ahead of time if it will be closed or not. Read moreMy Wife and I are new to Seatte and now that we are more familiar with the area, we walk further and pay more to go to a different coffee shop in order to avoid your baristas. They were rude on more than a few trips. Such a shame, because the coffee is actually pretty good.
