Not professional at all. Wish I could give zero stars. Basically a back rub which actually hurt my neck and lower back more after the session. Cannot stress enough to not go here. the "massage therapist" was more improvisational, seeming to make it up as she went along at one point trying to walk on my back clumsily and eventually stepping on the base of my neck like it would do something, all the while running to the front desk to answer the phone every few minutes to try to book appointments or to answer the door and even ran upstairs to seemingly yell at another employee. Clearly no professional training, unaware of the difference between being hack massage therapist and hack chiropractor, very different professions. I’ll start with the positive; the head/face massage. Otherwise, I was challenged with overhearing her ear bud movie or soap opera and the competing mediation music. It’s not advertised as a medical massage therefore it’s not. Due to the competing music/ noise and the mediocre massage, I did leave a marginal tip. Albeit not 20% and I was called out on it.
