This studio was perfect for what we used it for - a weekend getaway. Close enough to Seattle and Buellton (where our friends live) and the apartment being, literally, within one - two minutes walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, major grocery store, retail shopping, a park, and more. Even though there was construction outside, the building itself was very quiet. It offered a gym (which we used and thoroughly enjoyed the views from) and a pool. The expansive view from the apartment was of the architecturally unique buildings of downtown Bellevue, serene Puget Sound, the skyline of downtown Seattle, and the snow-capped Olympic Mountain range - gorgeous! I cannot emphasize how responsive and friendly Scott was to my queries and precise in description and/or direction. We decided that we would definitely stay at this convenient, well-stocked, quiet, comfortable studio apartment again for our future trips to the Seattle area.

Scott was a great host during the 9 days I visited Seattle. He answered all my questions before and during my stay, and was always very helpful. The apartment was clean, secure and well equipped , so I was able .sometimes to cook and also to enjoy what the apartment complex has to offer. I swam almost every day and often had a delicious French breakfast directly downstairs. Bellevue is a cute little town not too far from the city, has good shopping and restaurant options. If back in Seattle, I would definitely go back to the same place. I highly recommend!

This company is a JOKE! My spouse and I rented a condo from them in Seattle in July 2023. The communication through VRBO was poor at best. We were made aware of a fee for parking AFTER we paid our deposit. This fee was not mentioned anywhere in the VRBO ad and the only stated parking was available. When I protested I was offered a discounted rate which I accepted.

About a week before our trip some mysterious $500 charge from Sophari appeared on my credit card despite the fact that I had paid in full several months in advance. When I inquired about it and asked for a phone call I was ignored. The charge then disappeared….so shady. The elderly gentleman who we met to get the keys did not show us the condo or explain anything. He griped about how the condo building’s management changed the door locks on the units to lock-and-key locks instead of numeric key pads. He then rambled in about bicycling and the Tour de France. We were not told about trash disposal, Wi-Fi info or who to contact with any emergencies or issues. Rumor has it this man is the company owner’s father. He is unsuitable for this responsibility

The condo has a broken TV and a broken couch that was half unusable. Like I said we were not told anything about how to access the Wi-Fi despite it supposedly being available. Calling the Sophari office was frustrating and they were of little help. Every other VRBO property I’ve stayed at has a book or instructions on house rules, check-out procedures, etc. The bottom line is this company does NOT know what...

We stayed at Premiere on Pine. Impeccably decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath penthouse apartment in the coolest modern building in downtown Seattle. Floor to ceiling windows with jaw-dropping views. So clean you could eat off the floor, the attention to detail down to the beautiful Orchids on the dining table, the super fast WiFi and the well stocked "little extras" like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, paper towels, bathroom amenities, kitchen amenities... where much appreciated. The quality of the towels and linens just complete the luxury experience. I travel often and this 8-day stay is at the top of my list. Easy booking, smooth self check-in, no drama, full access to the gym, the spectacular roof deck and all building amenities. The building staff and residents could not have been nicer. Mack is awesome; attentive, accommodating and just a nice guy... a pleasure. It's so refreshing to deal with professional and friendly people. I just wish they had apartments in other cities so I can book with them more often! Thanks guys! Our Seattle experience was even better than expected because of you!

I Highly...

Sophari’s condo is the IDEAL “pad” for a single or couple traveling to Bellevue , Washington. Especially if you want to be walking distance from all things Bellevue! The condo itself is clean and classy! All cooking tools are there if you want to cook. But with the myriad of restaurants surrounding it, why would you!? The couches in the front room provide the perfect relaxation after a long day of touring. The large screen TV has every app you can possibly want. Just all in all a really great place! There is a blanket there that is probably the most comfortable blanket I have ever felt. You all will know the one once you feel it!! Sophari’s Communication was superior to other hosts I’ve experienced. He was there to help via text if needed. Entry to the condo is super easy as well as he makes it very clear. We know how important that is! If you do some work, and stand in the front window in the far corner and look between the two buildings, you can see Lake Washington and downtown Seattle and the Olympic Mountains looming behind them. It’s a small view, but...
