Fairmount Playground — Attraction in Seattle

My kid loves this park, but there are a ton of unsupervised kids that are incredibly obscene and yelling swear words and other inappropriate things. Like these kids are 2nd and 3rd graders, some 4th graders. No parents around, I assume because they walk home from school.
