I can't say enough good things about this place or tbe transparency and honesty of the owners. When I described the problem I was having with a washer I had bought from them in tbe past instead of trying to sell me the washer they had there and just easily fix the one I was going to bring in, he told me it was just the motor coupling. And he actually took apart a washer to show me what I needed to replace (the motor coupling) and they even gave me the motor coupling part free of charge for me to fix. I just got home and following his instructions I replaced the motor coupling in under 15 minutes and now again my wife has a working washer. Thank you guys I will highly recommend you to friends and family. You not only sell great stuff but also stand behind it and go above and beyond to help...

I post the good and the bad. I own 17 rental homes and mobile homes combined In the Newport area. I always try to put in the best quality appliances and in the past I used this company for many of my used appliances. Especially washers and dryers. I’m now buying my third replacement of a washing machine that I bought used from the store, with a new one!

I remember returning a stove that I bought from them that caught on fire after two months and of course they would not give me a credit so I ended up buying another used stove. So far that particular stove is still working but I never bought any more appliances from them after that. Today I’m replacing a Maytag washing machine that I bought from them used less than a year ago. It’s unfortunate but there’s nothing I will do except buy new...

I Highly Recommend them!!!! Very very friendly, all of them!!!! I took my washer in stopped what THEY were doing and worked on mine for at least an hour. While we waited to watch it spin and other things he was cleaning the glass , dispensers ect. It was very clean when I took it, he just takes his career seriously. Best hour I spent thinking I just bought a new farm. Didn't even cost me a good lunch for 3 people. Awesome place!!!!! Will be my only place for appliance repair or parts!!!!!!! Good job guys...
