Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sevierville

I probably have more rapport with this restaurant than any other restaurant in the area, but I have noticed myself, lately, becoming the dog police because it is way too hard to get through to liberals that I want to go out and eat on one surface that isn’t covered in poo. It takes more than a week of vigorously washing every textile in your house and pinesolling the floors to get rid of pinworms. It takes more than a week of antibiotics to get rid of roundworms (initial and follow-up for the eggs) if not an additional surgery. I saw a papillon dog shaking its head and paying attention to everything around it but the owner, who brought a dog bed in to accommodate it. As I saw the owner and gauged that she was an overzealous pet-owner that doesn’t like following the rules and determined that her dog did not have one trait of decorum in common with a working service dog, I breeched the topic. “Ma’am that’s not a service dog.” While a man with her tried to tell me that the dog had a designation, I informed her that ESAs are specifically banned and that there are more “Amazon” vests issued than real ones, so I would be more inclined to have the cops determine that. The Tennessee code against ESAs in indoor dining areas (and unregistered outdoor ones) is TC 6-54-135, which went into effect in March of 2024 and was signed by Governor Bill Lee. If a dog does not have the decorum of a medical aid, it can be asked to leave, even if it is a legitimately registered service dog.

Do not accept the filth.

Call code enforcement and ask these people to leave.

I tried placing a order through the drive thru and had to push my bike to the window where the lady said it didn't set of her ringer, I then asked if I could place my order at the window, and she replied she'd take it this time, emplying not in the future and gave me attitude when she told me, I then asked what am I to do in the future since my motorcycle doesn't set off her dinger!dinner!. I ride a 1000 pound harley there's no reason it shouldn't have set of the alarms. An I to hold up line till they notice? But I was refused service becouse my attitude, both attitudes are subjective and what she should have said at the beginning was" sure I'll be glad to take your order" 931 dolly Parton parkway in sevierville is very unprofessional and the entire store has been having issues for some time, and I'd love to address the problem with taco bell corporate if they are interested in addressing the problem. But im not gonna patronage a establishment that gives me attitude and grief and then refuse to take my order. Ball is in your court taco bell, I hope to hear from you soon. I am basing this COMPLAINT on my item only. Asked do they still have a bean burrito? Can they please tell us what is on it? I Ordered one bean burrito add extra tomato & extra onion. Extra sour cream on side. It never fails they got it wrong. I am putting the blame on whomever puts the food together. Why? Because my receipt lets me know it was entered correctly. FAIR WARNING: DO NOT DRIVE AWAY WITH YOUR ORDER W/O CHECKING TO MAKE SURE IT IS RIGHT. I got home ready to eat. First, it looked like slop. The red sauce all over oozing out. Opened the burrito. No onions, no sour cream, no tomatoes, no extra anything I paid for. It literally only had red sauce, beans, tortilla. I am so fed up because our order is usually not correct . I personally will not return. I wait in a very long line of cars only to find out my order is wrong. These employees do not care about the customer. The ones whom do care seldom last. They give up & move on up. Being a local I am extremely disappointed. Taco Bell used to be a tried & true go to but not anymore. I do not recommend this Taco Bell....
