Placed a $77 dollar order this evening. Ordered the 16 piece crispy family meal. Extra sides. Asked if the chicken could be dropped fresh. Well that’s a 40 min wait. Took what they had. Got home and the chicken breading was completely falling off the chicken. Some parts of the chicken was shriveled and bare. Extremely greasy, simply not fresh. Went back to get a replacement bucket and the guy at the speaker told me that’s what happens after you have the chicken for a while. They don’t replace after an hour. Mind you I came home then went straight back and waited in line 15 minutes. Well the manager came to the window and asked what my problem was so I explained the chicken was not fresh as it could be I’d like a replacement bucket. He argues that it is crispy and that’s how their crispy is. A “lady” chimed in to tell me it was fresh because she seen the cook take it from the fryer. Lie!!!! How could she see him do that when it was going to be a 40 min wait for fresh???? These people working there are very rude and argumentative. The manager proceeds to go get a piece of chicken and bring it to the window with tongs to demonstrate to me with his hands, manually pulled the breading off and said that’s how the chicken is while dropping it in a box. I said you are manually pulling the breading off that chicken! The breading is already off and not even sticking. He said I had it too long, I said it’s still hot! I replaced the bucket with the original and boy oh boy I should have kept the “crispy” because what I got looked like garbage! So so bad. Oh and I was not allowed my receipt back since I got a replacement. I called corporate and I hope something is done about that lame sad service and...
Read moreWent to my local KFC Easter Sunday about 7pm. Walk into the dining area, with no customers in the dining room, only a slow-moving staff member sweeping the floors. There are 3 folks in the kitchen, and there were only 2 cars in the drive-thru. That being said, I figured my visit should be a quick one......like I said I'm local and have been to this store many times and never expect fast curtious service (they aren't know for curious or fast). Tonight was exceptional. It took 8 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence, and that was only after I asked the snarky women with the drive-thru headset if the counter was open. Her response was, "I'm working both the drive thru and the counter you'll just have to wait. (Remember, there where only 2 cars in drive thru and it's now been 10 minutes). When she finally came to the counter she literally just stands there, saying nothing and stared into space. She never did any greeting or asked what I would like to order. I finally asked, "Are you ready to take my order? She responds with, "That's why I'm here." I almost walked out, but my taste was set for KFC. I placed my order and paid. When my order was ready, she just tossed the tray on the counter and walks back to the kitchen. Couldn't even call out and say "you're orders is ready".
If you made it this far. ...don't go to Sevierville KFC on Dolly Parton parkway expecting any customer service. The food was the usual KFC quality. Oh, dinning room was clean. (No one here...)
Wish the owners would find better staff and train mgt to encourage quality cordial customer service, I would eat here a...
Read moreP A I N F U L L Y. . S L O W. Its like it was some bid surprise that someone ordered something. First, they had to figure how to get the drinks ready. That process took two people and a lot of time to figure out but the teamwork conquered that task. Oh no, they ordered foo too. That took the entire staff forever to figure out. Nothing was ready so they had to start from scratch. Must have had to read a manual or something. They finally produced the simple food order and then came another problem. This seemed to be the biggest challenge of all. The customer (me) paid with cash. Now they had to figure out how much change to give back and where to get this change from. It was an overwhelming task and it took quite a while. The clerk went to the management. The manager went into the back office and eventually small pieces of change appeared. When we finally got our food it was mostly cold. When we finally got our drinks and change we were eating our food that finally got delivered and they asked up if we would pull up. I told the clerk she would have to wait. She started yelling for management. We eventuall pulled out after our 25 - 30 minute wait at the service- thru with only one car in front of us. This is clearly a management problem. No food ready. No change ready. No drinks ready. What are they going to do when it gets busy? Please save yourself all this frustration and pick a different place to eat. This place is totally unprepared for any business. PLEASE GO...
