I previously had given this place a 5 star review in April 2024. I visited in April 2025 and it's atrocious. Despite only one other table being occupied at 11am all but one empty table was dirty with crumbs if food or spilled drinks stickiness (I've posted a couple pics of tables and the near empty restaurant (one table out of view was occupied). When we stepped up in line to order the waitress turned and walked away for several minutes without a "excuse me a moment". The gentleman in line behind us even commented to us how rude that was. So a rude staff and filthy restaurant (female in the group was the only one to use the restrooms and she said the tables were nothing to how dirty the restroom was). We got our two meals and as we FINALLY found a clean table, I realized no one asked and I didn't remember for any sauce. We asked for a honey mustard and was told to go through line so they could charge us for it. Seriously? You can't give out a damn honey mustard with a damn meal? Total asshole move. But at least hopefully the food is great. It wasn't. I ordered a 2 piece meal. The thigh was all crunch and barely any chicken. Okay...well legs are my favorite so...let's see. And the leg was clearly cooked the day prior and sat in a warmer all night. Zero chance this was made the day I ordered. It was clearly stale and at that point...I decided to hell with this Bojangles...I'm not that hungry and will just eat elsewhere later in the day. I have zero idea how this place is in business or how the health department hasn't shut them down but it really is pathetic this place is in operation. If the owners don't visit this place, the management and staff need replaced. If the owner is aware...the franchise needs pulled. I guess next time I'm in the area I'll give Popeyes a try but I will never return to...
Read moreFirst time visiting this particular Bojangles. We were greeted by very friendly employees. No wait in line, they brought our food directly to the table ask if we needed anything else. A manager came to our table asked was there anything she could get us as well and she brought us back some honey telling us let her know if there is anything else she could get us. I did encounter a problem in the ladies bathroom. Upon entering the bathroom I hard what I thought sounded like a man in the stall grunting. I Came back out made sure I was not in the wrong bathroom and I wasn't. I waited out side to see who came out for several mins and no one did. I told my husband I was 95 percent sure it was a man. We waited a few more mins and no one came out. Thinking I was surely wrong I entered again. This time the man coughed and I could see a mans hand thru the crack of the stall. I immediately came out, my husband told the employees and 2 lady employees went to the bath room and one went it and yelled is there a man in here. There was a man in there. He said he didn't know it was a ladies bathroom and she told he GET OUT! I was very appreciative they took action and so thankful I did not go on and stay in there on my first trip in. Although thinking I though it was a man you just think cant be, why would they be in there?? I'm not sure it was a mistake or not on his part but the employees were very quick to act when it was brought to their attention.. Thank you for that. We left. I did not use the restroom. Food was good and we enjoyed our lunch. Restaurant...
Read moreSo stopped at Bojangles in Sevierville this morning and ordered at the drive through. We parked to check our order and discovered that my strawberry cobbler biscuut was not in the bag. They didn't give me a receipt either. I go into the store to ask for my item. A lady barked from the kitchen that it was in the bag. My reply, no it was not. I proceed to tell her that my husband's boberry biscuits were in the bag but not my strawberry. She said, there was no boberry biscuits on the order. At the time a person that was operating the drive through window came around the corner and confirmed the boberty biscuits. This sweet person continued staring at me like I was committing a robbery. One nice little lady went to retrieve what I was missing and the rude one kept talking about me like I wasn't there. I am. Quality Manager and deal with people like her daily. This individual should consider a new career that does not involve people...
