We were driving through Sevierville, staying away from the crazy tourist areas, and looking for dinner. We saw that the parking lot was packed and a short line of locals waiting to be seated, so we gave it a shot.
Opening the car door in the parking lot meant getting blasted by the amazing smell of Italian cooking.
We waited about 15 minutes for a table and the staff was very matter of fact, but not unfriendly. Very business first attitude.
We ordered their meatiest pizza and a "white" pizza, which is a mix of several cheeses. They brought a basket of complimentary bread sticks and a tomato based dipping sauce.
Wow. That sauce was incredible, and the bread sticks were delicious.
Pizzas arrived in no time, and the crust was the same bread as the bread sticks. I like a thin cracker crust, or something foldable. This crust was a little thicker than I prefer, but the dough wasn't docked and it made it just a touch cheesy .... Which made it foldable ... Barely.
It was superb pizza and definitely something I would eat again. We had some slices left over, so the next day it got the ultimate pizza test .... Cold pizza the next day. It passed.
All in all, I can't recommend this place enough. I wish I was going back home that way so I could stop in and try...
Read moreHorrible everything, other than the sweet cashier that gave my daughter a quarter for candy at the vending machine!!! She displayed exceptional customer service 👏 👌 However, the waitress forgot my youngest daughter's order. She admitted she didn't write it down. She did get an order in immediately for her, which came out about 5 minutes later. I was not impressed with the food or service. The food was not authentic whatsoever. I come from a large Italian family from Chicago. This was frozen food heated up, watered down alfredo and overpriced. Hence getting your food quickly! The icing on the cake for me, was when the cooks were speaking in Spanish and said something derogatory about my father-in-law with us sat right in front of them, and on Father's Day to boot👎My FIL doesn't look Spanish, but that doesn't matter. You should NEVER assume your audience. That was EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! We did report it to the manager before leaving, but he didn't seem very responsive. So our response will be to NEVER eat their again! This is our 2nd visit to TN, but my in-laws have been here several times, and are considering moving here. We'll be sure to tell EVERYONE NOT to dine here!!! I only gave it a 1 to write a review, otherwise they didn't even...

My friends parents had pizza it sat on the serving ledge for over 15 min . It to was cold. Just terrible. Said something to the waitress she said huh oh my gosh what took you so long to tell Mr. I said miss you seen the pizza up there as we did for as long g as we did. She said I'll get a new one we're like no no took a hour to get food. She said again why didn't you tell me I said your job to ask how our food is and in fact we did tell you. 3 min after serving come Back and check that's the rule . She gave me a box for the rest of my plate I said um no I didn't finish it cuz I was full I finished because it's terrible. Pizza was free for my friends parents I paid 22 bucks to feel sick to my stomach. This place is in need of Gordan Ramsey. Odd thing is they all spoke Spanish not Italian. Might want to switch your...
