Overall not a bad place, but there's definitely room for improvement. The suites are nice, large and well appointed with comfy beds, full kitchens, living rooms, balconies, and large bathrooms. The handicap bathroom is nice, although the shower stall needs to be wider. It's just wide enough to sit in, but water will absolutely get all over the floor making wheelchair transfers dicey. The staff is mostly nice, though beware, you will be asked to attend a timeshare condo presentation anytime you pass by the guest services booth. One thing that was just ridiculous was the running around we had to do. For instance, we came downstairs in swim attire with shorts, tshirts and sneakers on top. We purchased a day pass for the kids. Some of the activities require closed toe shoes and dry clothes so we decided to do those before hitting the water park. We get to the rope course and we're told no swim attire allowed, not even under regular clothes. It doesn't say that anywhere so we had to go back up to our room, change back into clothes, go back down, do the activities, then go back up to our room, change back into swim clothes and go back to the water park. Once in the water park the wave rider requires a separate waiver be signed so I had to go back out, scan a qr code and fill it out. We went back to the ride, we were then told we needed separate blue wristbands on top of the entry wristbands (she couldn't have mentioned that??) so back out we went. I signed up two kids for the wave rider. I had my son with me, my daughter was on a waterslide. They put the wristband on my son but wouldn't give me the wristband for my daughter. I had to go back in to get her and go back out AGAIN for them to put it on her directly. I was so beyond annoyed at that. At least there's a bar in the pool area! They have a refillable cup for $15 initially and $7 for each additional drink. Without the refillable cup, each drink is $12, so the cup is worth it and can be used for your whole stay. The place is great for kids, but can definitely be aggravating to adults.

We decided to stay a night here just to take a break, arriving on Sunday and leaving on Monday. Staying here cost about 200 a night for two adults and two kids in one room. This price includes access to the Waterpark. Since it is winter, the outdoor part of the Waterpark was closed. The indoor Waterpark includes a larger regular pool, a wave pool, a surf rider pool, four water slides, a large splash pad and a smaller kiddie area. Check-in is at 4pm, but you can arrive earlier and access the water park after you register. Checkout is at 11am, but you have access to the Waterpark for the whole day. Pros: the rooms were comfortable, with a kitchenette (no dishes, pots, or silverware, though. Only a sink, two-burner top, and small fridge) and comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony, which was pretty nice. You don't have to leave the building to go to the Waterpark. The Waterpark appeared well maintained and you can relax comfortably as long as you find an open seat. The food was very good; I wasn't expecting tasty food from a Waterpark. The pizza was great and the beer was cold. Cons: it is smaller without the outdoor area available. Since it is winter, well, that is understandable. But what made it feel much smaller is the amount of people. There were just too many people, especially on Sunday. Just. Too. Many. People. If they would cap it at 75% of all the people that were there on Sunday, this would be a much better review. The rooms do need updating and some fixes. For example, when you pulled on the downspout in the shower so the water would come out from the shower head, the whole spout would come off the wall and we were afraid it was going to break. The toilet was hard to flush and noisy.
