I do not recommend this hotel. I have put off this review in hopes we could come to a solution. I had read reviews where the hotel said that problems should be addressed at checkout - well, I did, with Shirley the manager. I gave her a list, and no solution was offered. I called back the next day to make sure it had been passed on, and that they had my number. I have not been contacted nor was I offered a solution by the manager Shirley upon check out. On with the review. We stayed in suite 356, I was charged $141 a night (weekend) (July 12-14) Pros- -breakfast was great overall -beds were soft -pillows were soft -location was good - for reference, located next to the Wilderness -cleaning staff and food bar staff were very friendly Cons- -AC sounded like metal upon metal, we could not get a good night sleep. I recorded it but this review will only allow pics. -Poolside suite was actually located IN the area where the indoor pool was, when you opened the door the chlorine knocked you down. I thought Poolside also meant first floor - we were on the third. -only 2 out of 4 outlets worked next to the bed -phone didn't work -one of the beds was very squeaky - when they rolled over, I woke up -the shower only had two options, off or 200 degrees, it would not adjust. By the second night we figured out if you barely turned it on you could adjust it, but you had no pressure. -dirt in the bathroom corners. See pic -ironing board wouldn't stay up. Luckily I had a grip on the iron, because when I went to iron a shirt the whole thing collapsed to the floor. Twice -ants at the food bar. A dead one was squished on my coffee cup lid and they were all around the syrup area. I hope this review helps someone. Overall I think it all depends on which room you get. I definitely don't recommend room 356.

Stay was okay. The room for sure needs a deep clean! Rooms need more light since no back window. Towel bar in shower was gone so 2 bigs holes in the shower. Mold on roof of shower. The grout on the tiles are different colors because it's so dirty. A wall socket was completely melted as it had a short and should have been fixed before the room was rented. The entrance doors are disgusting and dirty. Beds seemed very clean and okay for a few nights sleep. AC unit was so old and dated but it got the room cold. Pool was fine but the jacuzzi wasn't as hot but left our skin feeling slimy but maybe too many chemicals or not enough. Breakfast was good. On Friday morning the lady with a beany one was serving the food with no mask or gloves on and on her phone the whole time. Had hair in the cinnamon rolls. They as well need more lights as the Breakfast area was so dark you had to walk slow not to bump something. Saturday morning Breakfast was much better as the lady wore a mask and gloves plus they had bacon which made it better. The older lady at checkout with the bad cough was outside smoking when we came to eat and she left the front door open so her wonderful smoke smell came right in as we were eating. Coffee was cold but the rest of food selection was okay. We were nervous at first as we were the only car but at night the whole lot was full. Love an ice machine on each floor and vending machine. Elevator is great for a 3 story place and had sanitizer stands were everywhere. Pool towels at the pool are nice as well. The whole complex needs an update for the price as well.

The building is not clean. The manager says it’s because the building is over 60 years old so they cannot help the building is falling apart. They also said the BLACK MOLD is in the indoor pool area and not in a room so they said that is considered outside and not their problem. They also argued over who is a manager there and who is the owner and no one wanted to hear the complaints about the hotel falling apart. We ended up staying 2 nights and no one cleaned the hot tub. The hot tub was dark with an oily film and lots of foamy bubbles indicating bacteria. We did see them add more water. Apparently people don’t know that the hot tub was slimy and dirty because we saw people still using it. The manager at the desk told me “yeah yeah I’ve seen enough” when I showed her my pictures. She then yelled at me, “BYE KAREN! BYE KAREN!” to get me to leave. What in the world is that when I never once raised my voice or got crazy. However anyone who chooses to stay here must live in complete poverty in order to think this hotel is nice. The health department should be notified and repairs should be made. And MAYBE their cleaning crew should be checked. See photos.

I tried to stay at Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I've been staying at this hotel since 2020 and have never experienced the disrespect I did during this visit. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to hopefully save someone else from a similar ordeal.

Upon arrival from dinner and shopping, I immediately noticed that the room's door didn't lock properly. It was incredibly concerning, and I felt unsafe leaving my belongings in the room. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk employee, hoping they would offer a solution. Instead of offering to fix the lock or provide a comparable room, the employee was downright hostile and dismissive, acting as if I was a bother for asking for basic security.

As if the safety issue wasn't enough, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The sheets on the bed were visibly dirty, and it was clear they hadn't been changed after the previous guest. I asked for fresh linens, and the same unfriendly front desk employee made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience for them to provide me with clean sheets.

This combination of a faulty lock, unclean room, and hostile staff made my stay extremely uncomfortable and stressful. I was eager to leave as soon as possible. I definitely won't be returning and would not recommend Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge to anyone looking for a safe and clean place to stay. There are far better options out there that offer basic respect and care for their guests.

When I finally was able to speak to someone besides the front desk employee, I was told to leave or they would call the police all because I wanted to feel safe in my room and speak to the manager or owner. Needless to say, my vacation has been ruined because I had to drive 3 hours back home.

Update— the second shift lady had someone on the phone who identified themselves as the...

If I could leave 0 starts I would. The way I was treated tonight has been one of the worst customer service experience in my life EVER. They did not give us a room that we had a reservation for since they did not have a pet friendly room available and on their website it did not say some of the rooms are pet friendly, it just says pet friendly. We drove 8 hours to this location to have a nice vacation only to be encountered with employees who simply did not want to help regardless of us needing a place to stay and no rooms available in the area. The manager was unbelievably and disgustingly unprofessional. I have never seen a manager treat anyone like this and we ended up with no place to stay, 8 hours away from home. The manager should not be in charge or even work in a field where customer service is always being exercised. She yelled at me, told me to shut up and leave her property, no questions asked simply because she wanted to. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The front desk person was not even to trying to help us either. The website should specify that there is a possibility you could not get a room that is pet friendly leading you to have no room whatsoever. I will never come back to this location. That manager should be ashamed of herself. I come from a third world country and I have never been treated with such low empathy or left with no reservation in a city 8 hours away from home on top of no rooms available on the area, I expected at least help from the front desk person to even provide us with a secondary option at a different location and she simply decided not to. The whole staff is extremely unprofessional, they should not be working in customer service. The owner should be extremely ashamed of having such an incompetent manager that yells to people instead of trying to help them. I hope she gets fired. We had CHILDREN with us and they...
