What started out to be an exciting idea turned into such a disappointment. We arrived in a party of 4. Along with myself were my parents and my boyfriend. We were greeted by a young woman, I believed named Erin. Not entirely sure. Within 2 minutes of talking to her, she began to tell my boyfriend what alcohol made her clothes come off. I understand that moonshine and whiskey are supposed to be 'party' alcohols, but I still found it very unprofessional. She continued to focus all her attention on my boyfriend while simultaneously ignoring requests from myself and my parents for samples. And we were told the limit was 8, but of course my boyfriend was given a 9th. All the while, being told stories of other times when her clothes mysteriously came off due to alcohol use. I understand that bartenders flirt for tips, but this was crossing the line. If this is how all the employees behave then we will not be returning. I visited here most recently on 11/17/20. Every time I come to the Knoxville area to work, I try to carve out enough time for a quick stop in to restock. The salted caramel whiskey is amazing, especially with a hot cup of coffee on a cold night. Five stars for Ray who helped me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have always stayed away from moonshine because when I've had it in the past it was way too harsh and alcohol forward for my taste. However, thanks to the sales person, I gave the coffee moonshine a try side by side with the coffee whiskey. The moonshine was my clear favorite! Between the salted caramel whiskey, coffee moonshine and dirty crème, I bought enough bottles for a discount. We should be stocked until my next trip and have some to give for Christmas. Came here because my good friend gifted me a bottle or four of their salted caramel whiskey over a year ago....and...well...it's all gone. Great excuse for a family vacation, right? We had the distinct pleasure of working with Logan as our alcohol guide. He is kind, he is hilarious, and he knows his sh** -- he describes things accurately and can suss out what your preferences are going to be after the first two tastings. Having him choose the last half of my tastings was the best decision I made. Oh! He's aldo quite resourceful-- my cheap purse's zipper decided to fall off while attempting to grab my ID for the shenanigans. I cried out "I need a knife!" and the man plopped down a knife on the bar. RIP purse, but hello happy camper with 11? 12? bottles of boozy deliciousness.
