Optimal Eyebrow Threading — Attraction in Sharon Township

My eyebrows look amazing after I am done with the ombre shading. The lady was super friendly who did my brows. I have done lashes here multiple times and they really last very long time. I am very happy to found this gem ( a place where everyone needs to stop by for all your beauty needs). Ok so at first of course this review was correct but guess what now after only 3 days later I have to go for ANOTHER FIX. This is my 3rd time going in for a fix and I'm charged everything I go in because it was 2 days later and they only Don charge for a fix with in 24hours. Remind you I live 30 mins from thus place and have gave there company over $400 just in 2 visits and still have to go in for a fix with another 30 min drive ahead of me. I told the lady it felt like my lashes were sitting on top of my eyelid and she said " that's just how it feels " & I'm just seeing that the half of my eyelash she fixed IS in fact sitting on top of my eyelid and separating from the rest of my lashes. I hope when I call I don't just hear " we will fix it " yeah well what about my time and gas and I just fixed my car but it still is having issues and agaun this is a 30 min drive EVERYTIME I have to drive there. Why keep and going to get them fixed. Right? Because I can't afford to keep getting them completely redone and praying they actually compensate me somehow buy I guarantee I'm going to hear that some how it's my fault. So if I'm wrong i will update this post on the positivity but as of right now I've needed several fixes and still have to pay out of pocket. I will begin with the positive. On May 24 th I had threading, eyebrow tint, and eyelash extensions. The salon was very clean, relaxing, and nicely decorated. The prices drew me in. Fist thing done was The threading. It hurt SO bad. The lady giggled a little and said it was because it was my first time. NO, this morning I have a couple of areas The look red and swollen and I have several places with scabs, where she took the skin off. Next, brow tint. The ladies working there were very nice initially, but as I wasn't satisfied with the color or thickness of the brows. I kept on asking for more off. It was at this ppint I could sense irritation with me. My family gasped out loud when they saw them. The worst part is that there are areas with almost no tinting, so I have to fill them in. Finally, extensions. A different person performed this service. The right eye is wonderful. Comfortable, natural looking, and follows my lash line. The left eye is a mess. I had an emer and had to leave as soon as she finished. Within an hour my eye was red andburning. The glue in several places felt, and still feels like it's in the wrong place on my eye. Ev time I close my eye it hurts in 3 places. The extensions do not follow my lashes, so my left eye extension had a nice curve down toward the inner eye. The right eye goes straight and looks like I have on some store lash strips on that have popped up in the corner. I returned to the store later last night and ask her to fix it. She was very nice, but did nothing but roll a wet q-tip over them. So miserable. So...

I’ve been going to this eyebrow place for years and have always trusted them with my brows. About five months ago, I started adding eyelash clusters to my visits, and after some trial and error, I finally found someone there who did them perfectly. Unfortunately, I was recently told that she no longer works there as she decided to focus on her children which I completely respect. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I specifically requested someone to do my lashes, but was assigned someone else and told that she “normally does a great job.” Right away, I could tell something was off by the lashes were being applied to the bottom of my eyelid, which is completely incorrect. I politely asked for someone else, and they had multiple people attempt to take over. At that point, I had somewhere to be and was too frustrated to continue, so I said I’d rather not go through with it. Despite only having three lashes applied, one of the women got an attitude and insisted I pay for them. To make matters worse, after my eyebrows were done, someone else had to fix them because they weren’t done right the first time. I’ve accumulated free eyebrow services through their rewards system because I’ve been coming for so long, and even that was a hassle. When I got to the register and refused to pay for the botched lash job, they gave me a hard time about redeeming my free service. I’m honestly disgusted with how I was treated. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I feel like I shouldn’t return. This place...
