We used to order from here all the time for take out. The last 2 times NOT IMPRESSED! The palak paneer was different, too hot,( and I don't mind some spice) but NO creaminess (yogurt stirred in like it used to be. The rice actually tastes better than before other than that is WAY TOO HOT for just rice. Seems like they Just thought let's add a whole bunch of hot spices instead of seasoning like we used to and that'll be easier. But the absolute worst was the very burnt naan bread. See pictures, we had to come home and make our own naan bread . We took to my sister's for her birthday and I was soo embarrassed! We had to peel the burnt pieces off the non bread. Our whole family was there and we didn't have time to cook fresh nonbread. That's why we bought it from the restaurant. But it was embarrassing after telling the whole family. How great this restaurant was? I was so disappointed. We got burnt food. The panera looked like it had been sitting around and just had a whole bunch of chili's added to it. No creaminess compared to what it used to be. I don't know what happened in the last year. But the quality is way worse compared to what it was. I doubt I will ever go here again. But when I can cook non bread under 15 minutes way better than I do? Why am I paying $2.50...
Read moreMy partner and I arrived here around the dinner rush (or in this case, the dinner lull) on a Wednesday. Their service limited, they didn't really pay attention to us unless we asked them for something directly, and their tables were dirty. The menu on their website does not properly reflect the dine-in prices. We ordered samosa, which seemed to have a sort of Puff Pastry / Phyllo Dough sort of outside. We ordered tandoori roti, which really tasted more like store-bought pizza dough they cooked over a fire. Their chana masala is is incredibly greasy and apparently comes with a default spice level (they didn't how spicy we got it) which is incredibly spicy. The ratio of rice to chana masala that we got was ridiculous - there was practically no rice compared to the amount of chana masala. The rice itself was also incredibly oily and tasted like cream (even though the server said there was no milk in it). It was a speedy experience - 3 minutes for the samosa, about 9 for the chana masala and roti, but I imagine that's because they received only two take-out calls and no...
Read moreI am a regular customer of this place, but after today's experience I will not be returning to this place. First, they provided us with unwashed plates and spoons, when we pointed out, the server 'cleaned' it using his hands. But upon insistence, he got them replaced. Secondly, the same server got the order wrong and shamelessly shrug his shoulders, when his mistake was pointed out. Thirdly, we were charged much higher price than mentioned on the menu. Again the management simply said that they have increased prices but not updated the menu. Lastly, we were charged for dish, we never ordered and again management even refused to acknowledge their mistake and the person at the billing counter just left after shrugging his shoulders. The food quality of this place has fallen, and decency in management has perished. Worst experience in Columbus Ohio. Please save your time and money by spending them...
