Items broken or slashed by box cutters still shelved (so check your items closely) and if you happen to find damage after you leave the store, don't hold your breath about exchanging it, I believe she said "That could have happened after you left". Although they do have a few great cashiers (so sweet and always happy to help), the management at the Shasta Lake store seems absolutely horrid lately (because these complaints fall to them, do they not? Closing early, stocking unsuitable merch, etc) They need to hire better people. Tonight was the last straw for me, I checked online before driving the 8 miles to the Shasta Lake store that listed store hours until 8pm. At 7:19 they had the doors locked while they re-stocked. Her name is Yolanda and I have ONLY seen her be rude to customers. I haven't had a personal experience with her but have seen her treat customers horribly. I have seen her stand by with one cashier and idly gossip with a friend or other employee( heard the conversation) while there were 11 people in line. One customer politely asked her to open up another register and her EXACT response was " Well I was going to before you rudely interrupted my conversation, guess you just ruined it for everyone" then she went in the office...ALL of the other employees are wonderful and will do anything they can to help you.
