Ed was so helpful last Friday when my husband and I stopped by to get the snow chain which was requested to own by the highway patrol. Ed patiently explained why we need the cable instead and how to put them on. Luckily the road condition was not as bad and we did not need to use them. Works in a pinch. Basic but limited quantities of stock on shelves as it is a very small store. Thinner gentlemen with very Grey hair is so polite & friendly is very helpful & nice. Ed the dark hair guys is also nice. The heavier older guy with not so full Grey hair is a grumpy pill & short with ya. They can order whatever u need tho if they dont have it in stock.
