I have been going there for almost 8 years and have always been a loyal customer, but their have been a few things that have completely ruined my experience and they should be glad i havent sued them for it.. First thing they need staff with actual customer service experience because they are rude and fail at being productive, an example of this is, when I was 8 months pregnant had just gotten on Wic and needed assistance with finding the particular items and accidentally got all the wrong canned food, she made me carry all my stuff back by myself and didnt offer to help... Then on another event the lady with the short hair that is always on cashier chased my husband and 1yr old daughter down because she accused them of stealing a damn pumpkin which i was in line paying for.. also when my dad and I went to go pick up food for our family, the people who work in the deli are unsanitary and we found a fly in our food, yeah disgusting right?another incident and my final reason for taking my money and business else where and warning my family and friends, this just happened yesterday 10-18-2013, A man bought a very large dog( PIT) into the super market and was walking it all over the store, not one employee said a word about it, but that's only a portion of what happened,my husband was walking towards the isle the man was on and the dog viciously lunged at us and was snarling and drooling all over the place, it was unbelievable how he was able to still be allowed to go through the line and pay for his things and the dog was still with him and he was struggling to keep it calm, I am not against Pit bulls i am an animal lover , but when they show that type of aggression in a supermarket something really needed to be done about it..and again unsanitary!! I am tired of them treating me and my family with disrespect and am looking towards legal advice on the next step of shutting them down, this has been going on for too long they need to seriously get it together and hire all new staff or get someone who will kick them into gear..i am no longer spending my money their I would suggest the same, i would rather spend my gas going to foodmax or winco where the people are helpful and doing their jobs correctly .sincerely a very dis-...
Read moreThis place is very expensive. Even on there items on sales very expensive. Everytime I buy meat there u have to cook it the day u buy it or ot goes bad so I don't buy there meat plus there pork always looks green and not to mention really expensive then all the other grocery stores around. If you can avoid going here I would. Some employees are great and there is some night time employees who are very rude and I won't ever go back to that store which makes it very inconvenient for me as this is my local grocery store and if I just need a couple things would make it nice to shop there but I can't spend my money somewhere people are treated so rude and too expensive. I will say the blonde girl and guy the wears glasses that works later shifts are awesome and what kept me going back there when I did but means they don't work every night I don't chance running into other employees who are extremely rude can't express that enough they shouldn't work in customer service if they are not nice people so the Rayleys is not to far and suggest everyone to shop there...
Read moreJust had a horrible experience because the woman at the register named Vicky didn't want to ring up my groceries for a second time because I had to remove an item that I couldn't afford because I'm paying with WIC not to mention I'm having extremely bad back pain because I'm at 39 weeks pregnant and this woman's being extremely rude. Had to ask her to have the manager to override so that I could get my food she didn't want to ask the manager, almost demanded that we just pay for it when we don't have the money. Thank you to the manager David who is polite and kind an informative of different WIC problems that they have had, you might want to do some communication training with Vicky and explain to her that not everybody has the money to just pay for everything. Otherwise I normally have a good time at the store and this is the second time this woman has been rude to me, every other cashier has been very kind...
