Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Shasta Lake

They have great pizza, unfortunately they have awful customer service!! Every time I have ordered delivery they have messed up my order. One of the more recent times I ordered they messed up the pizza and I called and they did give me a free pizza for the next time which was fine. Two of the times they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour and both times it was an hour and 15-20 minutes and both times two different drivers said "sorry I'm the only driver tonight" both times was on a Saturday night. When I called them about the 2nd mistake it was because I didn't receive part of my order. Their solution was I could wait another 25 minutes for the delivery driver to make his way back around to me or I could come to their store and pick it up myself. I PAID FOR DELIVERY FOR A REASON! After I told them that neither of those options was acceptable to me they had me hold again and then offered to send me a coupon for a free pizza. Although I think that is a great deal I declined the offer and expressed my EXTREME disappoint with them. Why would I want to continue giving them business when they can't ever get it right??? I told them I would just have to put my pizza in the oven and wait for them to come back and bring the missing things and that I would not be giving them any more of my business. Free pizza is not a substitute for good customer service and running your business with excellence. If it only happened here and there it would be one thing, but there has been something wrong with every one of my deliveries! I will never order from...

I don't give 5 star ratings to often but, when I do give the 5 big ones it's well deserved. The atmosphere is friendly and kind. The works seem to actually enjoy their jobs and any food place I see the owners back the cooking or making pizzas. Thats something you must soak in and indulge. There food is very good and always fresh. On the same note. This establishment should look into expanding their gaming area. They do have a very good size party room. The way I figure. The amount of just the baseball teams that go through this location a year they really should have more events for those kids. They do have I believe 2 video games and 1 candy claw game and I think 3 other claw games. I would think that's enough to even keep 5 or 8 kids busy. Now when you have 25 or more kids at one time, that might be a problem. They'll be bored. Have to keep the kids busy.

Thank you Pizza Factory for another great meal! Our family of picky eaters are never disappointed. We order the Chicken Alfredo, Baked Spaghetti, Lasagna, Raviolis, Classic Chicken Wings, and the cheese bread sticks. Everything was very delicious and delivered warm. Attendant who took our order over the phone gave us a 45-50 minute delivery time and the young man arrived right at 50 minutes. Well worth the wait cause there was no way I would have been able to make all these difficult menu items in that amount of time! Portion size is more than an average size teenage boy can eat. For only $60 and a 5 dollar tip my entire family was stuffed and satisfied with leftovers for tomorrow. Our meal also came with ample amounts of ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese packets and hot pepper packets. No extra charge for the ranch.
