I Bought a MacBook and an IMac a month apart from E-Volve. The first thing was I needed a IMac that could take all my production software needs and that I could transfer everything, my Plug-ins, presets, sessions etc. failed at that. The IMac kept crashing, then I upgraded it with them to a Full 32G of Ram, and a new 1TB SSD external drive they said I needed that that was the problem. It wasn’t. Then had to wipe it and start over with me individually having to install all my plug-ins + software. Then after a month or so of not having it. I had to reinstall everything fresh, losing everything I had on my presets. I get the computer back a third time and a week later on Valentine’s Day night I emailed e-Volve with screenshots to Erik that all external hard drives that were directly plugged into the IMac where unmounting while I was working, losing my work, losing money. Then after not hearing back from them my computer starts powering off while working. So I brought my IMac back to the store (keep in mind I live an hour away). I asked Mike for a refund. He said no I’ve had it over 2 weeks. Which technical he’s right and wrong because if you count the days I had it and the week I had it before I brought it back it was actually very close to 14 days. So they kept my IMac for 2 more weeks said the internal battery was going bad and we had to order you a new one. I contacted them last night after getting back my 27” Rebuilt, maxed out IMac because once again the same issue they said they fixed with a new battery is happening again. I have lost 3 months of work, time and money. And they said bring it in….SMH.. My last youth program had 10 IMac’s in it and im building a bigger one. Where do you think I won’t go to buy these kids their SUP Macs. They lost a lot of future business from...
Read moreI recently purchased a 2010 refurbished Mac Book Pro from E-Volve and had an amazing experience from start to finish. First off I had never owned a Mac Book and was looking for something for grad school as my last computer I had gave out. I stumbled across the store on Facebook by chance and checked with Mike to see what they had and he answered every question I had and then some! He was super helpful even after I asked at least 10 questions. The price was unbeatable even for the amount of upgrading the store did for it. I knew ordering from out of state would take time to get here and then my local post office made a mess of everything BUT E-Volve was super kind and generous to mail it right back to me and I received it in less than a week. Now let's talk about the Machine... I was and am super impressed! Everything was updated as promised right down to the hardware. The screen didn't even have a smudge on it and it comes with a warranty for hardware / software issues. I knew getting a refurb would mean there would be scratches and there were several on the shell but they are hardly noticable and I plan on using a case on it. If you are someone offended by scratches then you have absolutely no business purchasing a refurb. Anyways hands down 10/10 of experience for professionalism, fast service, amazing product & going above and beyond for me as a customer. Thanks guys! I will be purchasing from y'all again for all of my...
Read morewhen it comes to mt Gaming PC, I'm very picky, especially in someone hands that I don't know. And I'm very on point when it comes to any information on my Gaming PC
So I checked around on a few PC repairs shops, and something about their reviews didn't fit well. Then before I got off Goggle Search , I saw E Volve Computer, which store appearance, I personally give it a 10. The staff are very helpful, respectful, honest, and be on point.
I took My Gaming PC to the shop, because I kept getting thrown off during game play time and even was getting kicked of goggle search and you tube. So before they do anything to anything you bring in to get fixed or repaired. They send you a email with telling you what issues you have and the price for anything that needs to be done or for any parts that may need to be put in.
I took my PC home, ran into a small issue, called the shop, and they told me to bring PC in. Problem fixed.
I went back and took my Xbox Series X ( Halo) console to be cleaned out. It been 2 years since I brought it, and consoles do tend to build up dust since sadly they ain't like PC. I got a email for the cost for cleaning and dusting, and was made aware that the thermal paste was hard, and it would be a good idea to put some new one on. which I did. good price for having your console cleaned out and having some fresh thermal paste put on.
I would like to thank you guys for your help, and for...
