Kulture Smoke and Vape West End — Attraction in Short Pump

I decided to get on here and write a review after stopping in to Kulture to grab a new torch for dabs and I had the pleasure of interacting with Kevin. This guy has more experience and knowledge than all of the other employees I have met thus far COMBINED…at any store that sells this type of gear. As a fellow retail worker and one who is quite successful in my field (I am a locksmith by trade), I can and will say with confidence that this man is a natural in this field. Incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and experienced without risking being arrogant or pretentious. I had only planned on stopping in long enough to buy a torch and I ended up staying for at least probably a good 45 minutes. Kulture is much better off with this caliber of worker and he is definitely a great asset to the company. Side note: I did not know Kevin prior to my visit to Kulture tonight, and I don't write reviews very often. Truly an amazing experience and I will be returning later this week. From now on, I will come here for all of my supplies and will steer anyone that I know in the same direction. What an impact the right man or woman can...

Definitely the best shop of its kind locally. I've come here on multiple occasions for a variety of needs and have always been met with the friendliest, most helpful staff, and a great rewards system.

I came here recently for a new 510 battery. I stopped in "Tobacco Zone" in Mechanicsville first, and their sales people were awful. Kept telling me I needed a 20 dollar battery because "the cheaper ones always break". The battery they were trying to sell me just had a larger capacity, NOT improved features. Kulture staff was super helpful showing me all the 10-15 dollar batteries they had, and got me one of the exact size I needed that has a replacement guarantee. Didn't push me to spend more on something I didn't need, they found me the perfect battery with a warranty and a discount.

Went into there store yesterday because it was recommended by people I have asked in this area. I'm new to the area and let me tell you. This shop is for NOVICE smokers only. I'm from a legal weed state and I know what I'm talking about but yet the young lady there treated me as if I knew nothing about what I was saying. She told me delta 8 was all synthetic and when I asked about the disposable vs the carts that they had I got a snarky remark when I asked if the disposable had a charger. "No that's why they call it a disposal. You would need to get a cartridge and an actual battery for that." Now I was confused on how this little tiny juul sized device was going to last for a full gram of oil so I bought one. Sure enough it had a charger.
