If you want to get good service at Panera Bread, go to another location. I am a coffee subscription member and go to this location almost everyday, as well as my family to get cups of coffee/something to eat.
Today's experience was the final straw. Ordered an iced coffee with creamer and sugar, only to get a cup of 90% ice, mainly creamer, and no sugar. Drive-thru is seemingly closed at random times of the week, with no other way of knowing other than to show up to the location itself. When ordering coffee, it's a 50/50 chance that they will mix in creamer/sugar for you, or they hand it to you in a small bag to put in yourself, as COVID guidelines dictate. I am understanding of that fact, but oftentimes I am given the 1. wrong coffee order (wrong size, wrong roast), 2. room temp/cold coffee, and 3. no sugar/creamer! I understand if you cannot mix those things into my coffee, but at the very least I expect to get them on the side to put in by myself!
When ordering sandwiches, it seems that the employees just slam all the sauces into the wrapper and fold it up, as when I got my order there was sauces from the sandwiches soaking the bag through, causing the sticky balsamic dressing to go all over my car seats, THROUGH the bag.
Customer service is very poor, with the store being empty and employees seeming to walk around and do nothing as customers wait in line to place their orders. Experience in store is awful as well. Ordered a sliced and toasted bagel with a side of cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel was sliced but not toasted, and the dark roast coffee was a 20 minute wait.
In the past 2 months of almost daily visits, I've yet to have my order be completely right, regardless of how simple.

Read moreOh Panera.....you were so good to me for so long, but unfortunately you've lost your way and you also just lost a customer. I have been faithfully giving this Panera service for years, but within the past year or two they have started declining in quality and I will no longer be giving money to them.
First off, their food quality has gone from above average to simply average (while the prices have stayed the same) and they tend to ignore any special requests I put into my order, which is usually just something like "no tomatoes", so nothing that major. I have gotten sandwiches with things on it that I asked to be taken off, with the wrong kind of bread, and with my sandwiches all smashed up like someone threw it on the ground. I also typically order delivery, so it's not easy to complain, and when I have complained, it's always been ignored.
Secondly, they've gotten this new delivery driver who is just simply a creep and I hate when he delivers my food. Out of the 50 other delivery drivers who have given me my food, he is the only one who I do not like delivering to me, thus my experience of receiving my food in an appropriate fashion has also been tarnished. He has asked me odd questions, acted in weird ways around me, and just in general makes me feel uncomfortable.

Read moreThis is the WORST Panera Bread location in this area. I atempted to place an order online and had issues with the website. I then called this Panera location and asked for help with processing my order. The girl who answered the phone was not helpful at all stating that "our website must be down" and proceeded to rush me to giving an order over the phone. I hung up with her and attempted again to order online in hopes that the website would work, and I wouldn't have to speak to any useless staff at this location. No such luck. The website processed my order for a chicken caesar salad......it was delivered with just chicken...no salad. What kind of sense does that make? If the online order for a salad didn't show ACTUAL salad/lettuce within the order, why not contact the customer instead of assuming that they want "just chicken and no SALAD on a CAESAR SALAD order????? Clearly, the must have been a mistake made. I called AGAIN to let the know they delivered a CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD with NO SALAD and the manager proceeded to argue with me, stating that I did not ask for lettuce......DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They have ZERO customer service skills when issues could EASILY be fixed with a little common courtesy.
