It was a fantastic experience for us!! The owner and his entire staff are extremely cordial and welcoming. We stayed a night in Richmond, VA on our way to Canada and were looking for some authentic Bangladeshi food. lucky enough to have found it on google and visited immediately. Ordered Beef Tehari and curry which we carried all the way to Canada. It was extremely tasty and well cooked. New restaurant update: We had a great experience at the new restaurant. The red is clean and very cozy. We had the Sunday buffet and it was delicious. Each dish is so good. We ate so much fish! Definitely going to come back. They take care of you.

We had a great experience yesterday. Bought a goat biriyani and mughlai paratha. Food was ready in 30-35 mins. It was burning hot. The biriyani had 4 good chunks of goat and a few small ones which were so tender. The rice was flavorful. One could easily feed 2 people. The mughlai paratha tasted good too, not too oily and felt comforting. Would visit more for sure!

I like the restaurant because their food is very tasty. However, I am concerned about their prices, especially during Ramadan. Their iftar buffet does not have a set price like other restaurants do for takeout. Usually, buffets charge by weight, but this restaurant charges for each item individually. As a result, you can end up paying much more than expected.

For example, I ordered five items and some jalebi, and they charged me $36 for it. I was shocked and didn't say anything at the time, but I find that ridiculous compared to other restaurants. I kindly suggest that they reevaluate their pricing...
