BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS My experience: There largest machine ($6.25) barely got the clothes wet during the pre-wash and the wash cycle. I showed the guy while it was still in the wash cycle just about to go to the rinse cycle that clothes were still dry. He started arguing with me without even trying to help fix the problem and saying that it was my fault. Then he went and got the manager without me even asking. I was just pointing out the problem with the machine. now in rinse cycle it finally got some water on the clothes and the clothes were wet. When the manager had shown up and she saw the stuffwas wet. The guy started arguing with me again. I pointed out who I was and I wanted to speak with the owner. At no time did I ever raise my voice stand up or was it in any threatening manner whatsoever unlike him who got in my face while I was sitting there. he told me I was banned from the store and laundromat. I unloaded the machine headed to Pinetop the owner finally called me very rudely and told me that I was argumentative and I was no longer allowed to ever go to that store "I highly recommend boycotting this business." Best thing is everything's caught on video the owner never even bothered looking at the video. As the guy there is extremely rude and the owner is even worse not only that the owner lied to me I never received the card that he had promised. And now the owner says I am banned from ever going to that location again that means gas or laundry. This is how they treat disabled cancer victims I was as very first customer when he put the brand new machines in I was promised a card because they had to calibrate the machine and it cost me $20 to wash a $2.50 load he never called me to give me the credit on a card to use on the machine and it was supposed to been a $25 laundry card and then he called me and was extremely rude and refuse to listen to what I had to say. Boycott...

AFTER renovations I am very happy to say that this place has improved dramatically, All machines work now, many new machines, new food options offered next door (No EBT) Rude staff member let go, newer Staff is so much more friendly, the place is so much better kept and cleaner now, I must say We are happy to be going here again as it is more convenient most days. Very happy to change my review and happy to do my laundry here. New staff won't be touching my clothing unless left overnight (that's more than reasonable!)
Half the machines are broken. The ones that work, don't work good. Attendant pulled out our family's clothing, including my wife and little girls clothes. Instead of apologizing he had an attitude with me, been going here a month and never had that happen before must be a new guy. NEVER in my life have I ever had an attendant, AT ANY LAUNDORMAT ever touch my clothes before. I especially don't appreciate him touching my wife's delicates. I've left clothes overnight at other laundromats and they've not been touched. Not only did he decide to handle my laundry, he also mixed it with someone else's. Will never be coming here again. I left for a little over an hour. Dryer cycle was 40 minutes. Ridiculous. Snowflake has several much better laundromats. The worst one in Snowflake is far better...

Over half the machines were OOO. The few that did work were gross on the inside. They obviously do not create jobs at this business, because if they did the attendants would sweep the floors, wipe out the machines, clean the windows, or run after-hours cleaning cycles in the machines... Obviously, none of which is done here. All of the machines looked like they hadn't seen a cleaning rag in months. Several of the machines were full of pet hair. Some were missing doors. Carts were dirty and listing. I don't know what's with the horrid laundromat options in the Showlow area, but seriously, it's awful. A place that's consistently clean, always attended, and with reasonably late hours shouldn't be too much to ask... But it does require putting money back into the business.... Including hiring attendants at full time at a living wage. But no such place exists in this area. It is disgusting to have a town that size and not have a reliable, clean laundromat. The place is obviously owned by someone who cares only about money and nothing about the community in which they do business. And I'm sure they blame these problems on the customers, but it is absolutely the OWNER'S responsibility to maintain. It's called...
