Brookshire's — Attraction in Shreveport

After Being in Management for 20 yrs.. I visited the Pharmacy on 5.24.24 (6:45 pm) to DROP off a prescription and received terrible customer service AND then to return (after praying for Tajh and Princess!) On 5.25.24 about 12:30 pm Only to see Tajh there again! And Tajh at this Brookshires on Line Ave Displayed some of the most Ugliest... Uncompassionate... Unhelpful attitude as a cashier, and pharmacy tech... This is a people business and you OUGHT to be HELPING and Not HURTING the people!

I was trying to get a prescription filled for my daughter who had just had a baby and this young lady gave all kind of excuses.... last night they had the medication... Then the next day they did not😕... And then finally you tell me Maybe the Walgreens across the street have it... I ask ... can you check? She says no.... there's no way to check... But when I get to the Walgreens across the street the young lady there said she could have called....😕 Tajh was very UNPLEASANT and UNHELPFUL! AND DEFINITELY UNCOMPASSIONATE! I went to vaccines.gov to see where kids can receive the covid vax. This location is one of the only ones and it said they were in stock. I go there and no customer's are waiting at the pharmacy for help, so I ask if I can get a vaccine for my son and a booster for myself. They only give kids vaccines on certain days—two days of the week—and you must have an appointment. Same with adult vaccines. Most pharmacies you can walk in to for the adult vax. There's no sense of urgency, which maybe it's because of where I currently live in the country. It's just wierd, they admitted to having vaccines available, but refused bc it wasn't the correct day and there were no customers. Not to mention that would be a barrier to access if today was the only day some families could go get one. Also, they aren't available at my kids pediatrician's office or we would've gone there.

This is not a review about the store itself. It's nice. Just the vaccine policy during a pandemic is super nonchalant. Almost like covid really...

i like brookshires but the lady didnt want to serve me at all she had a disposition about it the whole time. i did two western unions in two days and was told on the first day that western union went paperless, however this lady me write everything down (before i move forward her and another coworker had me stand there for 5 or 10 mins and they both saw me and started back having a personal conversation) any who while im writing my info down this lady ran to this older lady help with no problem and with a smile and she also put the lady change for her newspaper in her hand. now my turn i hand her my form and id with a smile in her hand she didnt want me to touch her ok cool still with a smile i stand cuz being racist with me doesnt get you any where, anywho she threw my id and money on the counter i said thank you and i left. i'm giving you a 5 star rating because one bad seed does not defined your store. thank you guys and to that lady at customer care thank you too and may...
