We are so fortunate to have a place like this in Shreveport. They are partnered with 7 local farms at the time of this review. Everything is fresh and grown or raised in the area. Friendly staff and the owners are great people! The owner is doing it right from taking care of the soil the grass is grown in, so that the cows get the best nutrients to the care of the animals to the customer service of the Chop Shop. In from NY where we have butcher shops every were you turn. Was trying to help daugther and son in law find a local butcher. We where very very impressed with shop. As close to our home butcher as we ever thought we would be able to find. Customer service was outstanding guy behind butcher cou ter was very helpful and kind. Only thing I could ask for was some house made side to make it one stop shopping.
