Memorial Park — Attraction in Sierra Madre

Sierra Madre's MEMORIAL PARK is a comfortable natural grass and mature tree park.

The park is sectioned into comfortable areas.

For youger children there's a large well equipped playground.

There's a manicured lawn and trees for playing, picnicking, or just relaxing.

A large covered patio is equipped with barbecues, tables and benches.

A Meeting Hall, reached by a wide sidewalk, is located approximately 100 ft from the street. The medium-sized room's decor is utilitarian, but comfortable. The air conditioning is effective. There is no elevated stage or sound system provided. An attached commercial style kitchen is included. Bathrooms are just inside the front entrance. The facility may be scheduled for private and public functions.

The event we attended was a Celebration-Of-Life service for a recently passed friend. The guests spoke from around the room. The room's acoustics allowed us to hear easily.

Sierra madre park it's nice I see families come play with there kids , there are events on stage , I see lots friendly people and I'm always at the grey church after 6 pm there's three tables 6 chairs ,we hang out best place to meet new friends or old , I play pokemon go and others play also, once where there we walk 5 k around sierra madre to baldwin north then come back to the church across memorial park , we talk about every thing (a) politics,(b) single...

Convenient, efficient, quaint ....the best part, The memorials of all the service men AND women who proudly, selflessly served OUR country Voluntarily - with the understanding that not only is LIFE unfair, but, FREEDOM isn't FREE .
