The facility is very clean and modern. All equipment is new and easy to use. The two-in-one soap/hose is convenient. You can soap and rub your dog at the same time. They have multiple stations and open late relative to others in Simi Valley. You will not find another self-bathe open at 6pm.

They’ve got a station for nails and others for drying, at a good height for those tall or short. Aprons are offered and extra towels if you need them. Cool bandana swag offered to us on the way out 😊

Best of all, the owner is a true animal lover and cares much for the clients. Her price is fair and lower than competitors. My dog always leaves happy and smelling fresh. Ready to chase squirrels.

I brought in my husky to get a bath for his 1:30 appointment and when I asked the approximate time he would be done, they told me 5:30-6 which I thought was a little odd, but trusted them anyways. I got a call around 4 thinking they would say he is done early but instead I was told he was being too aggressive and I needed to come get him(he has NEVER been aggressive before). I was shocked to find out they hadn’t groomed him at all even though he had been there for almost 2 1/2 hours. I don’t know why they made an appointment for 1:30 if they would not be able to get to him till 4. When I asked, who I assumed to be the owner, what they did with him for 2 1/2 hours, he responded that they let the dogs relax before they get to them. I want to tell you what a amazing job A Doggies Tail Spaw did on my 3 babies (maltipoos). Due to Palm Springs groomers being booked for a year in advance my Puppies hadn't been groomed in over a year. I had tried my best to chop on them from time to time but their hair getts matted very quickly.
