While selling office supplies is the smallest, most miniscule fragment of what I do, I need ink cartridges for a local customer as a resale item. I had been quoted by them in the past, but those initial quotes were too easy to beat by numerous other suppliers. I was told "Next time tell me the price you're getting, and I can match or beat it." So this time I did just that, and they agreed to match. As we were processing the order, I asked what we needed to do for payment and was told that I'd be set up on net 30. Then I was contacted again, and told that because I was a residential office that they needed to take a credit card just to have on file while setting up terms. I explained that I couldn't understand why it made a difference where I was located, I was still an LLC, but I obliged. At the same time, I told the rep I was sending him my reseller license for my tax exempt status. We completed everything and were all set. A few minutes later I get an email showing me that not only was the tax included, but the card was charged. Calling the rep back again and explaining, he looked into it and had to get back to me. Geting back to me (again), he said he looked at my account and assured me I was set up as 0.0% for tax, so I forwarded him the email. A bit later he once again reached back out, telling me that A/R told him that office supplies were not tax exempt, to which I had to once again explain that these were not office supplies, they were resale items and that I needed the difference refunded. Finally, the A/R rep had him tell me that if I liked I could just issue an RA and return the items for a refund. At that point I told them to not bother, I would keep everything in place, and that we could be done with each other. It was ultimately worth doing the order for zero profit on my end knowing that I will not have to deal...
Read moreI love this company for so many different reasons. They give me a good solid price, they know exactly what I want and need, they offer some volume discounts, they are extremely reliable and I always get my stuff pretty dam fast. Plus there is usually a nice treat to brighten the day. My personal sales person is Donna W. She is A+ terrific; she is fun, she knows exactly what I need and she gets it done (totally reliable). She calls exactly at the right time when you need to make your next order. She is fun and a sweat heart and then you might realize years later you are talking to someone who starred in many Hollywood movies as a young adult which is a cool surprise. What a fun, good attitude yet still very professional. When she is not available the other associates are also very easy to work with but honestly I prefer dealing with Donna. I hardly ever write any reviews but I am very happy Coast to Coast send us the products we use and I even happier with my awesome sales person/co owner Donna. Highly recommend her and...
Read moreAbove and beyond. I had an issue with 1 toner cartridge in an order of 4 and because I'm used to, "It's been months, we can't provide a replacement or refund..." I didn't even think twice about it. But these guys called me up and asked me how my toner supply was and I told them it was perfect timing because I needed more. I let Patrick know that I had 1 cartridge that wasn't taking, didn't tell him that I reset the toner supply in the printer, didn't tell him that I tried it multiple printers, just that 1 of them was a dud. Thinking, that's not terrible odds. Better than EZ Ink. Anyway, this guy went ahead and sent out a replacement on top of the order that I made. Are they more expensive than Amazon? Barely (4 x 760 Toners were around $62.00 with C2C v. Amazon at $60.00) Do they have a higher reliability rate? eh... I don't know yet. Do they have a higher level of Client care? You bet your butt. Try these guys. Drop Amazon. You'll thank...
