Fishy Finds — Attraction in Simi Valley

Do not use Fishy Finds for your ESTATE SALE. My mom sold her house in Simi and moved up to Oregon. Since that time of the sale in 8/2021 I have yet to receive an itemized list of what she sold at the estate sale and what item that she took that did not sell. I have to text her continuously to check what has sold each month and sometimes months will go by to receive a payment after she already told me that there has been items that have been sold. I recently executed the estate of my relatives in Thousand Oaks, CA. I live far away and needed to deal with everything remotely. Tania is a treasure! She was so empathetic and responsive. She met with me at very short notice. She dealt with all the ins and outs, including payment and shipping, with the beneficiaries who wanted everything of value. She quickly held the estate sale and then emptied and cleaned the house. Her service was way beyond the cost, and her cost for cleaning was minimal. We love this place, it's a hidden gem, been coming in for years. GREAT customer service, very friendy staff. good prices ( you can negotiate prices too!) Always been treated very fairly and honestly. We go twice a week and you never know what you'll find, tons of stuff, really big store in an industrial park. Owner conducts weekly estate sales for clients and some of unsold items wind up in the store, so ALWAYS new stuff coming in every week.
