Long time customer who is never going back. Always had great service here but I went to get my sapphire ring reset and the stone is very special because I mined it and had it cut and it has great meaning to me. I wanted a better setting because one of the prongs broke. Two weeks later I come in and instead of resetting my stone they just gave me a whole new ring with a new sapphire. I was scared to death of what happened to my stone. Luckily he still had it. The ring was also the wrong size which was clearly written on the work order. An excruciating two more weeks and the ring is the wrong size again. The owner gets upset because I was upset. In the beginning handling it poorly. He came around and said he would personally fix it right away. He used better quality in the setting. It was the right size. But after I left I realized the stone wasn’t aligned on the ring. It’s totally crooked! I couldn’t go back again after all of this, so I have just lived with my wedding ring...
Read moreGeorge worked on my watch for about 3 months last year. I paid $510.00 on January 9, 2020 when I picked up my watch. The watch looked beautiful. When I wore it, It kept losing time. I brought I back. He said he fixed it and wore it home. It started to lose about 2 hours a day! I brought it back again and George said he would take care of it. He had it for more than a month when the virus broke out. I understand, like many other businessmen had to close until about two weeks ago. I called about it and I was told he is very busy and it would take about three more months to fix my watch. I was very upset. I called back to get my watch back. I left messages and have not received a call back. I think it is fair for him to refund 1/2 the amount, so I can take it elsewhere to be fixed. I call a very reliable watchmaker in Simi Valley and I was told the most time it would take is two weeks. All I want is my watch back!...

They didn't tell me when I get my rings back, they would change colors from white gold to goldish color. I pick up my rings and I notice one of the diamonds is missing. The father tells me to come back the next day. I ask how much it is to dip the rings so they're white gold again and he tells me $125. I knew then I was getting ripped off.
I went to another jewelery store ways away and showed him my rings, and he said however resized my rings heated the metal too much and even left an uneven surface on the rings. He said if that jeweler did this kind of job in my store, he would be fired right now.
Now I had to go somewhere else to fix the mess this place made and to get my rings back to normal. So disappointed, and I really wanted to support a local store, but they did a...
