I have bought their truffle before and it is the best truffle I had in a long time. I wanted to give my husband a fish for valentine day. I email them on their website to see if they would do one for valentine day even though on their website it's for father day and to see how long the processed is for them get it ready. The general manager agreed.
What I failed to mention and asked is where the fish was being made. I thought it would be done in simpsonville. Saturday I came by to pick up the fish, the staffs said that the fish and other molding of chocolate was made in Anderson store. I mess up and felt terrible. It's my fault not their. Anyway they told me that they can have it at simpsonville Tuesday. I agreed and pick it up. I am so grateful that they made this happen.
Gave the fish to my husband for valentine day and he love it. I try to get him a chocolate fish every year since we been married, but this fish look like an actual bass fish. He was super happy the fish being a bass.
Highly recommend them and support them 100% . Will definitely used them again in future. Thank you for everything. I truly and deeply appreciate it.
So what have we learn. Don't assume, just asked. If you are ordering a fish or other molding of chocolate, they make it in Anderson store.
Before I forget please don't be those people who wait until the last minute especially on special occasions like valentine, mother days, etc. They don't have magical fairy that fly around making these wonderful chocolate. Also, this is not burger King where you get it your way at the last minute. It take time and work for them to make it. Yes, you have to order in advance like I did. Don't be a jerk. You wait til the last minute do yourself a favor and buy a gift card...
