I took my Samsung Galaxy S23 in for a screen repair. The owner Mike greeted me with a big smile and handshake. I explained the issues and he said no problem they can fix it. He had to order a part and said it would be ready in a few days. I needed the phone so he said he would call as soon as it arrived. So 2 days later one of his employees called me to let me know it had arrived. I told them I'd be right over. I brought the phone into their nice little store. The employees knew I was coming and took my phone e and asked if I could come back in a few hours. Which worked out perfectly for me. I had a few other things to do while they repaired it. I went back and they gave me the phone to give it a good test. It worked great and I couldn't be happier. I had told one of my friends who needed a used laptop to go to their store and check them out. She did and found the perfect one for her and her pocketbook. She was delighted with the friendly people and helping her with all of her questions. So all in all, The Tech Store in Greenville and Simpsonville is the place to go for computers, laptops, phones, and tablets for repairs. They sell many accessories as well. Went in there yesterday! For sippin in Simpsonville, I met a nice girl at the front desk and told her the problems I was having with my phone. How it won't charge, I had to switch over to wireless charging pad. She told me my charger port might be filled or clogged. She asked if I had a couple of minutes for her to clean the inside of it. She took it back there and cleaned it for free. ( I was definitely hesitant that it wasn't going to work. ) but as soon as I got home plugged it in and IT WORKED again. So I just wanted to say I appreciate her! For even making time for me. I was about to buy another phone because of this problem! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Bryce was amazing! I had a cracked laptop screen needing repair. He walked me through the process of repairing it prior to dropping it off like an in person consult. He let me know next steps and that he would follow up with me within a specific time frame which he fulfilled this! Although I chose not to get my laptop repaired due to the high price of the repair part needed, Bryce was able to disable my touch screen to make it more usable so that I could complete my studies for school. They didn’t charge me for this. The customer service, knowledge, and follow up are 10/10!
