Mozak's Furniture & Flooring — Attraction in Sioux City

My husband and I had been shopping around for some new leather furniture for living room. We walked into Mozaks and they were so friendly and accommodating. We told them what we were looking for and so they pointed us to different sections and then left us alone to try the furniture out, which I loved! They were not pushy at all! We found exactly what we wanted!!! They had all of the leather furniture in stock so we did not even have to wait! They even went above and beyond and removed two recliners from our home when they delivered all of the new furniture! It looks absolutely beautiful! They were professional from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. If they did not have the color we wanted, they were so accommodating to offer to see what they could order for us. To top it off, they were having great sales! I would highly recommend Mozaks!!!No pressure, excellent prices and quality and an excellent professional staff to work with! I will never shop here again and will NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Once the sale was complete the customer service stopped. We spent a lot of money on living room, bedroom and dining room furniture. Maybe we had the worst salesman in the world. When the initial sale was made, he offers us a beer, which I found odd, but I said “ sure”. Then he check a refrigerator in one of their kitchen displays and found there was none. Then We were anxiously awaiting all of the items, but especially our 5 chairs for our kitchen island. It was impossible to get updates on delivery. Then finally I’m told “ yeah those chairs are here. They’re sitting back in the warehouse.” I guess they were waiting to deliver everything at once. So I ask if I can come get them. When I get there I finally track down the salesman we dealt with and he shows me where they are. He carried ONE out to my truck. ONE!!!! I carried the other four. I had surgery on my ankle and was in a walking boot. At least The men that delivered the rest of the furniture...

Worst communication and business to deal with. We ordered flooring in store with Monica and she said it was in stock. Come time to install we had to wait until it could be ordered in and were never notified that it had magically gone out of stock until we went to schedule our install. I had multiple complaints with installment and would never get a phone call, or email back. Instead of dealing with issues felt like it was just pushed under the rug. It took nearly 3 months to get them to finally get flooring completed because they didn't want to waste a trip. I got told by Monica as well that our existing duraceramic flooring had to be torn out before installment of new flooring when in reality it didn't so I wasted a weekend doing that and then had to pay for them to make the floors match up. I do not recommend using this company even in store with managers discussing the issues they scoffed and ignored our complaints...
