I made an appointment for Sunday at 1:00 pm for 4 pedicures. We arrived about 5 minutes late, granted I had spoke with Wendy and let her know! When we arrived we were greeted by Wendy with a resting b____ fa ce! She appeared almost angry! Mind you we all walked in very professional and smiling! 3 teachers and a medical technician! We like to have fun and spend money on our girls day! We had plenty of money to spend as we do with our monthly get together. The place was not busy so my neice and I decided we wanted to try the gel set as well. As soon as we asked about it Wendy went into a rant! I mean it was ridiculous! The girls who gave our pedicures were great! I was floored at the behavior of Wendy! We walked in already spending over $200.00! and would have spent more! My neice over heard Wendy telling another client that "We" were the reason she had to wait! Ah, No we were not! There were at least 10 people in that place and she, Wendy was the only nail tech! I have been to other places by appointment and was able to add a service! No accommodations, nothing but rudeness! My neice and I wanted matching sets but Wendy, even after we asked and stated we would come back later! kept fussing! She would not let us get any designs on our nails saying we had to come back! I will say the women who did the pedicures were great! But WENDY was rude and I will not spend another dime there ever! When Wendy realized we were willing to spend money then she tried to be nice!! Fake! My niece had already heard her tell the customer a lie! If she had another nail tech she would have been able to accommodate us correctly! The other place we went to before with an appointment was awesome in their business manner! I added a service and because I had an appointment it was all about Me! I feel sorry for those women who work there and have to tolerate Wendy. Poor business practices! Poor planning! Very Poor customer service practices! If you’re someone of color, you’re gonna have to sit a long time, even if you have an appointment. I made an appt for 11:30 and walked out at 12:30 when I realized that walk ins were getting serviced before me. I had my feet soaking in water for a whole hour, when they realized I was walking out a guy approached me and told me he could do my pedi I told him “no the person on chair #1 is already being serviced and she just got here” he said she had appt at 12 and I immediately told him I had one at 11:30 (I got there before 11:30) and I wasn’t the only Hispanic waiting, there were more ladies sitting there with soaked feet.

And I’m not the only one who realized this, others in there were making comments about it, that’s when I took a minute to observe and noticed that 3 people who had walked in after me were already being serviced. Appointments are useless!!!!

Oh and did I forget to mention that their receptionist made them aware multiple times that I had an appointment, and she kept checking in with me telling me she had already reminded them and that I would be next. I give her credit for trying, it was totally out of her hands....

When I first started going there the service was good. They were never really friendly or talkative but I paid it no mind. I have had my nail break at least 4 times over the year. I still went there. Well around the summer their work begin to slack off. Eyebrows were not even or nails. One day after I got my nails done one begin to split and because I have things to do I didn't go back the very next day. It eventually split all the way across. They do not like to use their gel. I went to get it fixed and had to deal with a very shocking nasty attitude from the guy who is Jenny's partner. He tried to yank and throw my hand around. He told me to stick my hand back in the UV light knowing it burns for a few seconds. Then tried to charge me when the nail was not even with the other one. I gave them so many chances and to be treated like that was not cool. I will not be going back. They don't even do designs so they are not worth ignoring the attitude.
