I love this place so much! 5 stars easily. I read through the bad reviews so hopefully I can address some of the complaints with my experience and give peace of mind for other people considering bringing their kids. Customer Service- The couple of times I have come here, I have been greeted by a lady named Jack(ie/y). She is so sweet. She was very friendly with us and especially our son. Anytime I come in she has not been at the counter, but thats because shes always cleaning. She quickly stopped cleaning and took care of us when she heard the door open.
Cleanliness- Like I just mentioned, cleaning is constant here. But you all need to realize, they have a GIANT ball pit, and seed pit. They could hire a huge professional cleaning crew every day and it would still get super dirty before night. If you are worried about what is under the balls, then an indoor play place isn't for you. It will be almost as dirty as playing outside. A bunch of kids everyday are going to come in and play in the same pit. Yes, they may be sick. It is a risk you need to decide if you can risk. I don't think its something to take stars off for personally.
Activities- There are so many different activities kids can do here. Trampoline, huge ballpit with a suction hose wall thing thats so cool, a seed pit (like a sandpit but not as messy), a big caste fort thing, a mini rollercoaster, a climbing wall, lego table, and more I cant even remember. There was only one wall toy (a magnet toy) that was taped off. Everything else was able to be used and so fun.
The temperature was perfect, everything was a great experience. I think its worth trying out for yourself and your kids. I will definitely be coming back as...
Read moreVery sad and disappointed to drive 30 minutes to finally enjoy this place. Just to be welcomed by a very rude Asian lady. She charged me for two kids without asking the age of one of my kids (10 months old so FREE). Then had an actitud when I asked her to correct the transaction. After I get my ten month old and two year old ready and about to walk in she stopped me to charge me $5 in cash for myself. The place is very well organized and have fun things to do everywhere. But seriously the unfriendly rude staff was pretty upsetting. I was just sitting with my infant in my lap in the trampoline area watching my toddler jump. when AGAIN the Asian lady approached in a rude way to tell me that I wasn’t allow to be there. My first reaction was thinking that she was saying that because of the infant in my lap but it was because the weight limit is 110 pounds. A little annoyed by her tone I said “maybe I’m 110 pounds” she looked at me in a mean disgusting way and compare herself with me and practically called me fat! I got out of the trampoline area and this lady kept attacking me to a point of me telling her to stop! That I was already out and I didn’t want to keep listening to her rudeness. I felt unwelcome and targeted by this lady. Out of all the people there on a Saturday morning doing whatever they wanted. She was just watching me. I am not sure if it was because I’m Hispanic. Very sad experience. I’m not coming back...
Read moreA very easy place to pick up and drop off. always friendly staff. very local feeling with plenty of families from the neighborhood all over. most of them are all the same age, I mean the kids that is. I'm not talking about the parents. They tend to vary in age. Although many parents seem to have a lot in common because they seem to chat often while safely arriving and embarking. Most of all I never have to wait in line or negotiate a dangerous left turn in my vehicle, I can just pull up! It's really great. I see other people doing the exact same thing, and I totally get why they do that. Also as a side note it seems that no matter how young or old the parents are they all like conveniently parking or picking up and dropping off at this location. I have yet to see anyone try to get into this place and be like, "Nah", then turn around because it was too frustrating waiting in line for a spot or trying to turn left you know cuz that's like one of the hardest things you could do, besides parallel parking, but don't let me get started on that because when I do I can talk about parallel parking forever and...
