Better Days BBQ — Restaurant in Tennessee

The first time I got a barbecue sandwich after this place changed ownership it was alright, the sandwich was warm the BBQ was a little more shredded than the previous owner did (I like chunks) and there wasn't as much BBQ on the sandwich as the first owner with the first guy I felt I got my moneys worth. Today I ordered two BBQ sandwiches. I first noticed they didn't weigh as the previous owners sandwiches did. Then I took a bite. It was dry bun COLD! Then I had to put this sandwich in the microwave and guess what, the bun got dryer. The BBQ wasn't all that good either and not a lot of it at all. Disappointment is an understatement. Now I gave a five on service because the young man there rang me up quick and I give it a three because the interior is not too shabby but could use an extra chair or two for people to rest their bones while waiting in what shouldn't...

Had heard raving reviews of the place and really wanted to try it. I saw that masks were required (not an issue), so I went in with one on. I have a tendency to pull mine slightly away from my mouth so that I can be heard better; that when the owner proceeds to yell at me that i needed to ensure that my mask was kept over the bridge of my nose, and that he could see the top part of my nostril. I politely apologized and explained that I was only pulling it out a little so that he could hear me better. His exact response was "you don't need to worry about me hearing you better, you need to be concerned with protecting me from your respiratory droplets". After getting chastised like that, I will not be supporting this restaurant. I'm all about business owners reserving the right to mandate mask, but he went about it...

We got the smoked wings, brisket, and potato with chicken. I would say the smoked wings are my favorite so far. Brisket was ok. The potato with chicken portion was HUGE! We got the large and it's enough for 2 people. What's different that I have seen was they use queso cheese sauce. It puts a different spin on the pig in the potato patch. We got 4 difference sauces. The best one is the Alabama white sauce. The house vinegar sauce is SPICY. CAROLINA sauce was ok and the tn bold was spicy too but not as spicy as the vinegar sauce. Mac n cheese was not the best. Tasted very bland. We got both potato salads. Wife likes the mustard type I liked the red skin type. The best side so far is the baked beans it has pulled pork in it. I would recommend coming...
