I do not recommend this business. They have predatory upcharging practices.

I enjoyed this company when going to the Murfreesboro Old Fort location some years back. I recently moved back to Tennessee and was happy to see a location in Smyrna. However, within a week of returning to Tennessee I decided I would not be going back to this location and may not want to go to other locations if they are treating customers like this one.

My first experience my husband and I both got food and a drink. When I asked for more creamer we were told it was in house creamer and there would be an upcharge. I was charged a dollar for a a little extra Sam’s Choice brand half and half. Doesn’t sound like in house just sound like they didn’t want to adjust my drink to my liking without charging extra. My second trip a few days later I got a matcha tea and asked for no ice. I was charged a $1 fee for no ice being told that I was paying for the extra drink since there was no ice. How? This drink is offered in iced and hot. Hot doesn’t include ice and it’s the same price. I decided right then that I would not be returning.

The drinks are already more expensive than Starbucks. But that doesn’t necessarily bother me because I’ll pay more for what I like. I don’t like the nickel and dime treatment. If I have to get up charged for every little thing then I can get the same thing somewhere else that taste just as...

👉Jennifer needs a raise or her own location! 🏆 She was AMAZING today by taking my order over the phone and creating me an off the menu avocado 🥑 GF waffle with grilled chicken 🐔 (basically the avocado and toast upgraded to a GF waffle with grilled chicken). As well as creating me a special "feel better" green tea with a pump of frosted mint flavoring. Just Love Café... I promise you she is one to keep because she truly cares about each customer! (And she was fantastic at upselling too lol) turned my order from $18 to $32 and I wasn't even upset about to because she took SUCH great care of me.

📢 Update after eating: holy cow it was PERFECT! Even my boyfriend's food (breakfast sliders) looked amazing, not to mention how fast he inhaled it due to the flavor being on point! I've gotta say Smyrna is lucky to have Just Love Café and we will definitely be repeating customers! I've never had such a spectacular experience with staff members anywhere for a pick up breakfast order.

came in here today, and was quite excited to try it out, since it was my first time. But honestly I DO NOT RECOMMEND. the american blt sandwhich comes with once single piece of lettuce,bacon,small tomato and the most outrageous stale potato chips. not only that but a grilled cheese with sum stale chips are 11 dollars? Not only that but, i disliked the riptide refresher i ordered another drink, like the powderade they had. But when i checked the experation date, it expired over a month ago. so obviously i did not want an expired drink and got a sprite instead and paid card. But when i went to check out with the cashier, the option to tip came up for a single second and went away because the cashier tipped himself without ASKING ME And no i am not tipping for a BOTTLED SPRITE. it seemed like he didn't even want me to notice but i did. he probably does that so frequently because he did not hesitate when the tip screen came up. its unacceptable to be tipping urself without asking the person paying.TIPPING IS OPTIONAL. ive been in the fast industry myself, AND I HAVE NEVER TAKEN SOMEONES MONEY TO KEEP. its always the the costumers decision whether they want to or not. do not come here to...
