Buyers beware!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place has the worse product and even worse customer service. They do not honor what they say. I went in to purchase a sectional and I let the salesman know from the beginning I didn’t want sales floor furniture especially paying full price. They advise me that they had new furniture in their warehouse. I came back 2 days later with a UHAUL to pick up the sectional. Something told me to check the sales floor just to make sure they honored what they told me, and what do you know the sales floor sectional was gone they sold me the sales floor furniture! The OWNER was very rude about it as if I did something wrong. The owner said “what do you want me to do we don’t have it you can drive to Jacksonville to pick it up!” I waited a week for them to get back with me with the time and location in Jacksonville to pick up furniture which he never did. I called and he told me it would be another week after another week still no word on the furniture. They screened my phone calls told me to stop calling after they received my money and I had no product. The nerve of this place. I ended up going to the actual Ashley store to get the same sectional for cheaper price. Still working on the refund for the sectional for this place. Please be careful buying from...

After a long week of searching for the perfect sofa and loveseat set for our elementary school's front office, I walked into this beautiful furniture store. It was a few minutes after they closed, but they welcomed me in anyways. I showed them what I was looking for and they had the perfect set! We were discussing the price, when the owner offered to donate the whole set to our school! I was blown away! I came back a day later to discuss delivery and he informed me that he was also giving us a new rug, and coffee table set to go along with the sofa and loveseat. He is the most generous and kind hearted man I've met. I can not thank you all enough for your donation and generosity.

My wife has been looking for a sectional and had no luck. She found Smyrna Furniture Outlet and she found a couch she liked. We called to see if it was in stock and we were told it was. Once we arrived we found Omar who initially helped us on the phone. We saw the couch and it was perfect. Well, they didn't actually have it in stock, it was a different color than what we wanted. Not the end of the world. Well they were so upset they offered us the floor model temporarily until ours came in. What an amazing offer, we didn't accept it. But we were shocked they offered it. We were told our couch would take two weeks to arrive. To our surprise we were called 4 days later. Someone went out of their way to get our couch on a truck way ahead of schedule.
