There is A SMALL Area For toddlers/infants To Play. But It’s Not Much. Soft Play Area Has Plenty Of Room For Kids To Run Off Energy! Concession Stand Is Fairly Priced For Most Items. Pizza Is Decent When It’s Hot. Not So Much When It’s Cold Lol. They Do Have Arcade Games That You Can Win Tickets From To Exchange For Prizes. Read moreI write this with the hope that it helps the business not hurt it. Reviews can help a business improve if owners take them into account. Overall, good place 4/5.
Posititives: Entry price is more than fair. Lots of activities to choose from. Has a series of rooms that can be used for parties. Resembles a villiage and looks great. Most employees are very nice. Usually not too busy. The gate to keep small children from running outside is excellent. Other locations could learn from this. Lots of opportunity to earn prizes for older kids. Great mix of activities for older and younger children.
Needs Improvement: Cleanliness of the child equipment. A bench near the toddler shoe area would be a big help. Customer service is hit or miss. There is one woman (maybe 36) who is consistently rude to customers who keeps an airpod in her ear while working. I'm all for having jams, but the rudeness isn't good service. The exterior of the location needs a paintjob. Signs are faded and in disrepair. Bouncy house height restriction is not in alignment with other places like JumpOnOver in Middletown. Signage is posted with paper and packing tape in random spots on walls. While it serves a purpose, it could look better. Dated bowling scoreboards. They are very...
Read moreI really wonder how or if this place is profitable. Always seems empty and I wonder how they pay salaries and overhead but that's just how my brain wonders and works This place felt like a throwback to my childhood . My son and daughters had a blast . Surprise people are using the word clean to describe this place . It was dirty and the arcade games were games I played when I was 10 ( I am 36 now ) so they definitely need some new games , Also, most of them are broken. . Surprisingly, the food was decent with the slushy and french fries. If you don't live close to Sahara, Sam's This is a good alternative. No place quite like it. It's like an old discovery zone but remember discovery closed down in 1999 So place like this is really your only option. Just make the best of it, but don't expect too...
