First time eating at Sheridans Irish Pub will likely be my last. Pros: Service was good and it was adorable that there are a couple of table bases that were old sewing tables. Also, the water was delicious. The pot pie has a good amount of chicken inside. Cons: We were the first customers in for lunch, so I was expecting stellar food, but nothing came out to temp except the salad. I ordered a cup of potato soup, a side of brussels, and an pot pie. My soup came out barely warm. The taste was okay, but it would have tasted good hot. My salad was fine. My brussels were huge but mostly cold. They weren't really salted and didn't have much seasoning. My pot pie crust was very undercooked and stretchy even though it had some browning on top. The inside of the pot pie wasn't creamy at all, it was straight liquid, that tasted like buttermilk/sour milk/milk with lemon juice in it...it tasted off. It also was only warm. The veggies inside were crunchy, which I didn't mind, but it wasn't good - and this was recommended by my friend and the server. I did not finish everything. I did not eat alone. They also had the brussels. They enjoyed their meal, but did say something about the cook on the brussels; I didn't mind the cook. They did like that they weren't salty. For those that think I tried to get a free meal, I did not complain, I paid my bill in full, and I tipped 20%. But, right now as I am writing this, I do not feel well and wish I had sent at least the...

My friends and I went in here to grab a quick drink. We didn’t pay attention to what kind of place it was we literally just walked by during Smyrna Night and said ooouuu a bar let’s stop in here for a drink.

Well, within 15 mins of being there we quickly found out it was not black people friendly at all. We weren’t rude, loud, or anything. Sat down at the bar ordered our drinks and had casual conversations. The second round was when we noticed how rude the bartender was towards us with the eye rolling, slamming cups down, didn’t get our drink order correct and got mad when we corrected her, and gave us our check when we didn’t ask for it basically saying it was time for us to go. She didn’t act this way towards any other group. We asked for a manager who came and apologized however it was more so her apologizing because that’s what shes supposed to do not because she cared or didn’t agree with the bartenders behavior. After leaving and telling a few people what happened we were told they were a racist bar. Very disappointing because we did nothing wrong, ready and willing to go in and spend money and just relax. Before the rudeness happened another customer in there told us about Wing night and we even talked about going back for that. We will just stick to the bars we know...

Before I start on my 2 star rating, I'd like to note that the staff was very nice and the environment is exactly what I love (dark and quiet).

Now, I ordered a plate of Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo, and it wasn't cheap. At about 16 dollars I was expecting this to blow my socks off. I was wrong. What I got was boiled noodles, chicken, and broccoli in a pool of white water. As you picked up the noodles from the plate, all the "alfredo sauce" instantly ran right off the noodle and back into the bowl, leaving the noodle tasting like.... You guessed it, a noodle! At that price, the quality was below unsatisfactory.

The waitress asked how everything was and I told her the alfredo was more like white water. She offered to take it back, but I declined. I was hungry enough to eat anything.

I've never reviewed a restaurant on Google before, that's how bad/bland this bowl of chicken & broccoli...

We happened to be in Smyrna for some business, and decided to have dinner here. It was a good choice as we thoroughly enjoyed the beer on tap, and the entrees offered. The interior was well decorated, with a friendly atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive to our needs. Their menu offers a good selection, with plenty of handheld items and classic Irish entrees. The portions were large and well prepared. Prices were reasonable as compared to other pubs or breweries. Overall, we would return again to sample other items on their menu.

Stopped by on a Wed evening. Not busy. Our server, Jordan, was awesome! All of the staff were great! Appetizer: cheese steak egg roll. Good, but the sauce was strange. My wife ordered fish and chips. LOTS of fish! She said they were OK. I had the Boxty w Cajun shrimp. It was, as I say, very Irish! Fills the belly, but very bland. May go back for the meatloaf and Sheppard's pie! Give it a go! Sláinte!
