Impact Church formerly Canaan Land Church Intl — Attraction in Snellville

Ok. This is a long one, but...... I happened upon Canaan Land actually by mistake early one Sunday morning. I was searching for a church closer to home, so i googled it.....churches near me. 2 churches popped up and 1 of the Service was about to start, so i attended. It was pretty nice and had a rainbow of people there. The message was pretty good, so i went home and told my youngest daughter. I told her they had an early service and a later one (I’d attended the latter the previous Sunday), my daughter opted for the earlier service, so in we went. As i looked around, Things seemed a little different, but we stayed. I will never forget....the Choir was singing Spirit Break Out (a song i had just led at an event the day before and had been in my head ever since. It was then that i figured out this was a different choir....everything was different. The feeling i had from the time i walked in was totally different from the previous week. Months later, i still have the same feeling when i walk in the doors of this 9:30 Service. Not only has my relationship with God grown, but so has my relationship with others. The people here are like a family.. I didn’t want to join a small group, but i decided ok....it’s close to my house, i’ll go this one time and i won’t stay long. I really didn’t want to be around a bunch of people that will make me feel less of myself, the way some small church groups do. But....these women were awesome, they were real. I must say, i am a part of thee bestest, yes bestest small group EVER......’Always Sister’ has been there in so many ways, they don’t even know. I actually feel safe to share during our discussions. These women truly feel like my sisters. When you visit Canaan Land, you feel at home. You know from the time you walk in, that....THIS is where you belong. Come join us this Sunday at 9:30am. With Pastors Don and Mona Brawley, where you will hear an awesome word and when Pastor Don Brawley brings the word..... it feels like he can actually see what’s going on with you and gives you a powerful word to get you through and Pastor Mona Brawley whom you can see her heart through her welcoming smile, is a true...

To rate Canaan Land Church a 5 Star, is an understatement of what it actually deserves. I will endeavor to make this short.

We visited this church for the first time on Easter Sunday of 2017; and our entire families life has been changed like never before!

From the moment we approached the gate there was a lighted signed that stated "first time visitors, turn your headlights on". We did so and noted that there were greeters there to meet us, along with special parking reserved for us!!! even though no one was expecting us!!

The greeters were so efficient that by the time we parked, they were there to open open our doors for us with heartfelt Welcome!!, one of them, then escorted us to the welcome desk. On approaching the desk, I noted there were two ladies there, as i looked around for my family each of them were already engaged in conversation with someone of their age group or from one of the ministries of the church that might appeal to them.

The welcome was so warm it felt homely!! and real, not fake and pretentious....

As we entered the sanctuary, again, everyone greeted us so warmly, My thoughts were lets see how long this last.

The praise and worship was to die for..... not just a group of people singing but those that know how to Praise the Lord and to usher you into His presence to Worship the Father. It felt like I had died and went to Heaven.

The SERMON....was not just a burst of loud barking, but the word of God being taught so simple, effectual and relevant, simple and succinct that even a child can understand.

Fastforward......... It's now been a year and am still attending Canaan Land and nothing has fallen off the cart or by the wayside. This church is all that a church should be and more homebase, a community partner, a school, a place of refuge, a place of fun and family time, a shelter, a hand in time of need and more importantly Soul Reapers!! just to name a few, this church is just phenomenal. If you don't have a church home come visit US!! at Canaan Land International, Snellville Georgia. Am sure your life will not be the same...

I'm very grateful that God has led me to This church I can call my family. You can just feel the authentic genuine love of God running off this church. They really impact the communities and help you discover your purpose thru teaching Classes, truly walks through life with you, prayer line weekdays at 6am which really been transforming my life. Being at this church has truly turn my life around millions times for the better just being connected to Godmade people who loves you just like God love you unconditional no matter the circumstances. Miracles happen when you are connected. I completed class 301 and happily waiting for 401 the final class so I have better guidance of how to serve God with my spiritual gifts. God been in my life more than ever since my mama passed finna gon on 2yr in Dec. I got baptized 2 Sundays ago. When I tell you, I love God even more, I live on God providing for me, I love having God in my daily life. He is my bestfriend and it feel so good to feel his presence around me. Hearing him clearer thru every storm, Hes living in me, and I'm living for Him. I surrender everything and dedicating my life to deliver Hope to minorities communities nation with God leading the way.
