*DON'T EVER USE THE KIOSK MACHINE INSIDE TACO BELL. *ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF FOOD. *WITNESSED CUSTOMER DISPUTES FOR OVER 1 YEAR THAT ALMOST BECAME DEADLY. This restaurant will not refund your money even when they have run out of the food you paid for. I requested a refund because they could not complete my chalupa order, I received no food. I reported the rude lying young "manager" who refused to give his name and the failed kiosk process to the customer service line. It should be illegal to place a machine inside their restaurant that can take orders but cannot print a receipt or refund money (even when it is their fault). I did use a credit card and disputed the charge to get my money back. To THE TACO BELL 3511 Centerville Hwy Snellville Ga you need to close or re-train from the owner down, well make that the district manager down. Of course I could write a lot more about the lies and disrespect, but that comes with Taco Bell. Corporate Taco Bell were are you? I have seen customers get so mad at this location. The saddest one was in the drive-thru. A customer got out of the car and popped the truck over 2 soft shell tacos without cheese. The employees felt the heat coming and cut off the restaurant lights and scattered like roaches. I did not realize until experiencing such rudeness as to why I keep seeing employees fighting with customers about order disputes at this location. And its always Taco Bell's fault. Pause for the cause of supporting black business owners but I am GONE.. you lack customer service skills.....And the district manager who was assigned to call me back within 2 to 3 days via your customer service line, "don't call me now", it's been 5 days. HORRIBLE!! We decided to give this Taco Bell another chance, we stopped eating from this specific location because they ALWAYS mess up our orders but it had been a while so we gave it shot. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! I had to go back up there again because we had numerous items missing out of order and what was correct was cold, old soggy and just disgusting! The lady that was on shift was EXTREMELY rude. I came inside nicely, no issues but before I could even address the issues she opens her mouth already wanting a heated "discussion". I calmly explain the situation and she didn't even care to listen and correct it. She said she "would only replace the items that were missing " and she said she didn't even have to do that?!? So I'm guessing that was her being "nice". When the food that was missing was ready a little boy that was working front register slams the food out the counter and says "here". I can not stress enough that these people just honestly do not care about the job they are being paid to do or the way they treat there customers. I would highly suggest these employees that were on shift (roughly 9:20/9:30ish on Saturday 08/21/21) be completely retrained on how to make the food correctly and their customer services. I will be contacting the store GM and the RGM to make sure all of the higher ups are aware of the people they are hiring and have currently in their restaurant.    Read moreUpdate: Yesterday when I was eating my crunchwrap supreme, the tortilla seemed very soft and mushy and the shell was soggy. Thought it tasted funny, so I stopped eating it. Woke up this morning (7/18) and really sick now.
This location was good at one point. Not anymore. Not sure if the general managers changed or something but it has gone bad. Had a bad experience a long time ago (employee brought out my order and gave it to the car next to me. They people proceeded to look through it and put their hands all over it and called him back. He then took the food and walked over to my car and attempted to give it to me). I decided to give it another try and nothing has changed really. I placed my mobile order 20 mins before getting there. When I got there they told me it wasn't ready and to pull around to the double doors. I did and proceeded to wait another 20 mins before I went inside and asked them where the order was. They told me "right here" and pulled it from behind the counter. The order was ready but they were waiting for me to come get it apparently. I checked the food and was missing the cinnamon twists. Told the employee up front and she just said "we're out" then just stared at me. Finally I said "well I paid for it so could I get a replacement?". She continued to just stare at me before someone from the back came and offered me replacement food. I wouldn't suggest going to this...
