Burger King as a whole is arguably in a higher tier of fast food tastiness...but this particular store is NOT fast food, it's slow food without the quality of sit-down.
First, they're understaffed. This has to do at least in part with incompetent management failing to compel workers to show up for their shifts, leaving those who did bother to work discouraged and resentful.
The result is that those who are actually there are not only slower because they're understaffed, but also lazy and irresponsible, not even bothering to TRY to get your food in a timely fashion.
Therefore you should only stop there if you have ten or fifteen minutes PER CAR to spend. And I mean that if there are no cars at all, you may have to wait ten or fifteen minutes JUST FOR YOURSELF.
Sitting at the window waiting, you will notice that the order-taker and anyone else not back there unseen, cooking, will just stand around talking, instead of helping. That, in fact, they take their time with anything they do have to do, even when it slows your order.
Did I mention that they somehow manage to nonetheless hand me a bag of tepid burgers that seem to have been sitting somewhere for a long time, instead of hot off the grill, which surely would've been the only justification for the wait?
This is quite the contrast between when, a million years ago, I worked at a Burger King myself, and was told that I should not only be quick, but it was actually as important that I LOOK like I'm in a hurry, for the sake of the customer, who is having to wait for his food. The manager there understood that if there's a delay, people dawdling and goofing off are frustrating for the customer to see. So find a way to help, or anything to do, and show a reasonable amount of urgency at getting things done.
You know: the absolute minimum standard for fast food until about 2020.
Now, it's our obligation as members of the community to write these reviews for the bad stores, to warn others of who they are. Maybe we can compel them to start trying again, by avoiding the ones...

Read moreThis Burger King location is tarnishing the National Burger King Brand name, and what it stands for, if the owner of the Restaurant cannot re-invest in there own operations why carry the name of some one who did take the time to reinvest in themselves. Lets start with the No printer issue: While in this age and time some customers may not think it is a big deal, but I do. NO customer receipts provided at your drive through is in acceptible. And to have your window employees not give a flip about it and state the following from your Manager as well:"We haven't been able to print receipts since we reopen" is irresponsible. This is simply unacceptable in this age where cyber theft in the USA of people who work at the establishment are taking peoples credit card numbers and sharing it with others and or using it themselves and by the time it is caught numerous charges have been made, if you are not going to provide receipts to customers why take their credit card and closed the window and or go in the back with peoples card. You as an Owner should be fined as there use to be signs in all the restaurants if you did not get a receipt please call and or cash would be the customers if no receipt is given. WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO THANK YOUFOR YOUR PURCHASE AND HERE IS YOUR RECEIPT come on owner get your Cash Register replaced or fixed you have too many reviews not too many negative reviews not to. and next step Better Business Bureau pathetic at best down right...
