I ordered two salads to go through the subway app. I actually meant to order from the subway up near party city and didn’t realize it until I pulled up and the addresses didn’t match. So, I made my way down to this location. By the time I picked the salads up, they were so soggy that they were pretty much inedible! They look like soup and I’ll attach a picture of it lets me. I politely asked if they could be remade, she just gave me a blank stare and motioned for someone else over to speak with me. Any other location that I’ve EVER ordered from (including every other company I’ve ordered!) puts the dressing for a to-go salad on the side. Who lets a salad just soak in dressing? I still have to take this home. It wasn’t like it was just made in front of me. On top of that, I wouldn’t have even known they were out of some of the veggies I requested had I not inspected them before leaving because she never even said anything. The second woman told me, “No, I’m sorry. But I can give you some more dressing and that may help it crunch up when you mix it at home.” Wait, what?! 🤦🏽♀️ I get that things happen and it’s just a salad. That’s life. But seriously, an “I understand your frustration. Here’s what I can do....” goes a long way in customer service. I will never order from here...

I asked for the specific vegetables that I wanted including tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. The worker gave me 4 cucumbers. I asked for more and informed her that I wouldn't be getting any meat on my salad and it would be full vegetarian. She placed another 2 slices and said that would be all that I could get . She seems extremely bothered that I was getting a vegetarian salad AND that I had the audacity to inconvenience her by asking her to do her job. At this point she starts throwing... literally throwing things in the dish that I asked for. She was so disrespectful that I had to excuse myself and walk out of the restaurant and let my husband finish my order. I will never again in life patronize that establishment. I will not be treated with such disdain where I spend my money. The franchise owner truly needs to reevaluate whom he/she chooses to let represent their established. This Subway has yet again lost...
Read morePlaced the order at 12:28 pm with the expectation that it would be ready at 12:45pm. When I entered the restaurant there was one lady working with a line of customers and no acknowledgement of of express order customers when I came into the lobby and by the cash register. The main purpose of choosing subway over Jimmy John's or any other sandwich chain is for the convenience and speed to to get the food. I waited patiently in the line and as the last person at 1pm (15 minutes after I walked in) I finally got acknowledged and surprisingly two more employees came through the door. As on 1pm I'm still waiting for my food to be made and honestly I'll probably never come back to this location and further more I may just take it back to Jimmy John's for...
